Hotel was close to the main station. Staff was helpful. However, no fan or air conditioning in the room. Other basic anemities such as hot water kettle, iron board and refridgerator was not available. A very bare room for minimal comfort.

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to the Central Train Station.
A little bit noisy at night. Room is very small, good for one person.

Very basic room, but it has necessary items for a stay. Staff are all very sweet, there is also a free coffee machine at the lobby which is amazing. Location is amazing infront of the train station/hbf just that at night there maybe noisy drunk people on the streets

The hotel is so near to the Munich train station and with easy access to Munich downtown. Comfortable stay

We stayed in Room 49. As you can see from the photos, the room is in serious need of renovation, signs of wear and tear are visible everywhere. The towel hanging in the bathroom had hair on it, which made us reluctant to use it. The walls seem very thin, as we could clearly hear our neighbor’s voice from inside the room. In addition, the main corridor door on the 4th floor slammed loudly each time it closed, which was quite disturbing.
Despite the staff being very nice and supportive and the very good location unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

It was very dirty and its smells like very old building. The location is the best , very convenient.

The lady who always on the AM shift at the counter is very mean. The guy on the PM shift is much happier and better, like what I would expect from a good customer service.

The cleaning lady wore her normal shoes to clean inside the hotel, so not very clean on the floor. The lights to my bathroom was spoiled but she only noticed it at the end of my stay...

The location was very good, munich main station right behind the hotel. For Flixbus Station, its a 18mins walk away.

The place was comfortable and clean, but a bit run down. For the price, I think it's adequate. The only issue is the service, as we had very different experiences. When we arrived, we were treated excellently, but when we left, the service left much to be desired.
