Big room with plenty of space for 3pax. We enjoyed the breakfast - not a wide variety but they were to our taste. Underground garage was good for the snowy weather when we visited.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was wonderful and our room was very nice. The included breakfast was amazing. There were so many options and everything we had was delicious, I wish I had room to sample everything! The hotel is about a 2-5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Rothenburg. Before we left we were already talking about coming back!

The hotel is in a very good location in the center. Our stay was 26.04-27.04.2025. There is parking. The rooms are nice, clean. The breakfast is also very good. One receptionist is quite rude. The next day, there was another one, she was very kind, she allowed us to leave the city for another 2 hours to explore it. Very romantic and old city, if I had the chance I would stay for another 3-4 days, one goes back in time. I would visit it during Christmas, I guess it would be magnificent....so many beautiful houses, shops and kind people.

Great location close to the main attractions but in a very quiet area. Breakfast was great with good variety. We had a suite on the top floor which was very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel breakfast was absolutely fantastic, my absolute favorite German breakfast, with the frozen meats and bread being of superior quality. The restaurant's ambiance was also a huge plus; dining in such a historic yet well-maintained setting was truly unforgettable.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the center, making it easy to get to the Town Hall and the city walls.

Although there was only one table fan, it was still acceptable in mid-June, without any major issues.

Our room had a small balcony, but unfortunately, it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time; we saw cobwebs on the iron gate.

Very close to Rothenburg's tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are somewhat dated. There's no air conditioning, but there's a fan. Parking is 15 EUR, which is more expensive than the 13 EUR listed on Trip.com. The staff is friendly.

Staff were friendly on arrival and were able to provide us with secure underground parking which was a must during our journey. The room was spacious, perhaps slightly outdated but clean nonetheless - with a good bath too.

Breakfast was great - despite the fact we got to our table 30 mins before it ended, the member of staff still ensured we had freshly cooked eggs and didn't rush us. Really great service

Great hotel but horrible front staff person. She made us feel totally unwelcome and gave us massive attitude. Also said it was great we weren’t gonna stick around for breakfast. Fire her please she doesn’t deserve to be in service industry.

Otherwise great hotel in great location.

Very friendly staff who is eager to help and explain the history of the hotel. It is a historical building so do not expect a lot. The beddings can be a bit more comfortable though. No aircon but it is indicated. Location is excellent right in the centre of the ancient town of Rothenburg. Parking is available which is a nice surprise.

What a beautiful town this hotel is in, very old and exquisite, our experience at the hotel was let down by the bathroom ( in our room anyway). I challenge anyone other than a 6 year old child to be able to comfortably use the toilet , it is jammed between the bath tub and the wall ,if it weren't so impossible to use to would have been hilarious

Me and friend stay here for one night, and we are very satisfied! Very central location, only one minute to the central square. The room is big and comfy and the bathroom is spacious and well decorated. The only one concern I have is regards the view from the windows. Our room is facing the wall of the neighboring building and there is not much to see. The peak is that there is zero-to-non noise though.

We have stayed at Hotel Eisenhut before, and we always come back. Great Hotel, great service, and very friendly. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing.
