We only stayed one night at the hotel. Our room was on the first floor and was very quiet. I don't like showers with bathtubs, but unfortunately there was one. The towels left for us in the bathroom had hair from previous guests. I would recommend the hotel in terms of price-performance ratio. For those traveling by car, there is free parking on the street where the hotel is located, as we learned from previous reviews. The hotel also has its own private car park.

Stayed 7 nights. Business hotel type. Expect minimum service. Full of people in breakfast room everyday. (One staff was particularly rude. One time, she scolded me for bringing the water bottle to my table because my hands were full and was not capable of pouring water.) There was once breakfast was out of order and was diverted to another one. The order was chaotic. No staff to manage the situation. I also had a day with only half housekeeping work. Hotel acknowledged it was their fault but with no immediate action taken until the next day because housekeeping was already gone. There was also fire alarm event happened during my stay while having breakfast. Everyone of us had to go outside until confirmed safety by professionals. Turned out it was due to someone smoking.

2. A/C not working. Staff said it will only on from June.

We had an amazing family stay here. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable — it really felt like home. The beds were excellent and everything smelled fresh and well cared-for.
The wellness area (sauna and steam room) was spotless and relaxing.
Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice and very good quality food. The restaurant staff were kind and truly kid-friendly: children’s menu with fair prices, games and colouring activities that my children loved and even took home.
The location is safe and convenient, with a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre and attractions.
Overall, excellent value for money and wonderful service. My children already miss the room! We would happily come back — highly recommended!!

- Family room is too small, no refrigerator, location is not good but ok, room service also is not good
+ Reception employees are very helpful, we had a medicine that requires a refrigerator and they helped us with that, also water boiler was not working, they helped us and send a new one. Room service didn't change dirty cups, but reception guy provided clean cups very quickly.

The lobby was decorated very warmly. The front desk staff were polite, and although the room was small, it was clean and tidy, and very quiet at night. It was a very pleasant stay. I'll choose it again if I have the chance.

This hotel is a little bit older than the other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The furnishings in the room looks dated and had a balcony. It was a little cold in the room, as heating had not started yet when I was staying there but you can request for a portable heater.

Arrived early and pleasant surprise that they allowed us to check in early. Like the simple colourful deco at the lobby and restaurant. There is an open air dining area with fantactic view, colourful autumn trees.
Short walk from metro and there are many eateries and supermarkets within short walking distance. Super convenient.
Away from city center, quiet and serene surrounding.

Stayed here for 3 days, when you go inside it’s nice. However, once you get up the elevator (that’s extremely slow) and walk out it looks like something from the shining. Dull, old, smells. Got into our room and wasn’t anything special. We are from Australia, on tv there was nothing to watch that was in English. It was all news channels. No hotel fridge. We asked at the bar for a bucket of ice and they refused to give it to us even though we are hotel guests. I’m pretty sure they re-used our towels on our first night too as when we came back house keeping just folded them poorly and they were still damp. Not worth the money at all. Air-conditioning doesn’t work at all. Lucky it was cool outside and we could sleep with the door open a bit (wouldn’t recommend it though). In another room we had the toilet was stained (asked to get it clean. They never did) and it smelled of urine on the floor. There are so many other places to stay that are better.
