It’s a very impersonal service. While pleasant enough, the reception staff do the bare minimum in terms of effort to be any way helpful or welcoming. Great hotel. Especially for business stay. Good breakfast with a lot of choices and vegan milk(oat and almond). No service for diner. But again for business it is for sure good.

Easy self check-in. The hotel is only a few min walk from Freiham train station. Very convenient. Breakfast is continental and has a variety of deli meat.

Decent place to stay in Munich for a few days. The location is okay within 10 minutes by tram from the central station. There is no room cleaning services if the stay is less than a week, but it is manageable. In general, it is a recommendable place in Munich for tourists.

Great location. Amenities are good but gym is a little smaller. Saw some silverfish bugs in the bathroom. They don’t collect trash during the week. You have to go downstairs and throw it out yourself.

Overall comfortable stay, good sized room - good offering of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate beverage options at the lobby especially helpful for the cold weather. Thankful for the bdae cookies plate. Easy tram ride right outside the hotel to Marienplatz and Hbf. Travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. No particular requests. But I thought it would be reasonable to allocate us 2 rooms on the same level. Instead we were given rooms on split levels requiring use of room cards to access each other rooms on different levels. They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful, and made arrangements to ensure that my dinner is gluten-free.

The room is clean, quiet and also beautifully organised. The restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the morning, good food for dinner at the evening and also various drinks at night. There is no store nearby so you can get some snacks and beverage in the restaurant. The crew in the restaurant can also send drinks and food to your room.

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

The facilities are a bit old. Very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The towels don't smell very good. The surrounding environment is quiet, a little noisy on the street, no problem with closing the window. The room is a little lacking in soundproofing. The location is just fine. Hotel room was not bad, but you cannot expect more. The lady who came from Asia, checked out my room was very kind. On the other side, the lady who checked in was very "SAD". She looks like she hates her job and the people she is talking to. By the way, you MUST check your room bill. Cause we found some charges that's not real.

Very good value for money! I would like to stay here again next time when I visit Munich again. Only problem is the location is a bit far away from the city center, yet not possible to find a free parking on street.

This is our second year staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located for transportation and shopping. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's typical German style.

Even though a few miles from City Center there is a bus stop outside hotel and a reliable public transport system - buses run on time and there is the U (underground train) stop 5 mins walk - the train gets you to old town in less than 10 mins. The hotel staff are friendly and kind- so helpful. We had the buffet breakfast for both mornings and it’s great value and a great selection to choose from....

Nice, clean room, friendly stuff. Overall good feeling. Breakfast not that rich, but tasty. Different sorts of bread is nice. Also gluten-free selection is a big plus for people with gluten alergy.

I’m normally a big Moxy fan. I only need hotels for the essentials and clean, comfortable place to sleep. This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. Twin bed rooms are constructed in a way that the beds cannot be pushed together, meaning if you are tall or broad the dimensions of the bed are very tight. The beds are very firm. Room had a decent size, but decoration and amenities fell short. The restaurant at the hotel allowed dogs in the internal area, which brings some serious concerns regarding higiene. The hotel is located far away from any restaurants and the one at the hotel has limited options. Having your own car is a must.

All except the mattress were perfect. Nice warm swimming pool. Kids friendly, but they are not noisy. Typically kids are tired from Playmobil park that is near.

In general, I might recommend the hotel because the bed was comfortable, the location was good and the breakfast was very varied. On the other hand, the water wasn't hot, the kettle was literally moldy and the towels weren't much clean. I told them about the issues, they told me they would fix it but didn't. I'm not satisfied with the service.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Regensburg, the hotel facilities are good, and the staff is friendly. However, the cleaning and management are poor. There are long hairs on the towels, and the toilet is not clean. The bathroom lights also flicker.

We just had a magical evening with a whisky tasting and a fantastic four-course meal – the value for money was incredible (€80 sounds like a lot at first, but the meal alone was worth it!). We stayed at this hotel for one night, making a spontaneous decision to book it around 8 PM. The value for money was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was superb. If you don't need to stay right in the city center, this place is a perfect choice. We will definitely be back.

The location wais far away from the city center. The good thing was cost saving. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances which was best fit for me.

We stayed for one night with my family of four. The small play area designed especially for children was very nice. It’s a clean hotel. We also had no issues with parking. I recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at The Fleming's. Arrived 2 hours before check in time, but the helpful staff still gave us our room. On our final day we had to get up early to get to the airport and again the helpful staff allowed us into breakfast early so we could eat before departing.
