One road away from Munich central train station (hbf). Walkable distance to old town and also can go by tram. Nice breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, making transportation very convenient. However, when I stayed in winter, the heating in the room was insufficient, and the air conditioning wasn't effective, so it got quite cold. We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. Quite Clean but rather old appearing Interieur, nice and helpful staff We got a maisonette apartment as an upgrade. Hotel location is quite close to the city center, only 20min walk away from city center I will not remember anything from the hotel except the quite high price which was around 180€ a night. Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful. The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

I always stay here for business trips to Munich. It's right next to a big supermarket and has parking (though parking in Germany can be a bit expensive), which is great!

Mainly good for its proximity to BMW. Nothing else particularly stands out.

The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance.
