Even though a few miles from
City Center there is a bus stop outside hotel and a reliable public transport system - buses run on time and there is the U (underground train) stop 5 mins walk - the train gets you to old town in less than 10 mins. The hotel staff are friendly and kind- so helpful. We had the buffet breakfast for both mornings and it’s great value and a great selection to choose from. slept great in the hotel it was so quiet and the rooms are cosy. Would recommend to my own friends if they were visiting Munich!

Ok so as most will know I am a lover of Moxy as a brand - simple, does what it says and great value for money - but the Munich one lets the side down, as follows;
1. Everything is a little dirty and poorly kept, the gym is ok but old and not the usual Moxy standard, the carpets are stained, the shower door is broken, the toilet seat broken
2. Hot water is super inconsistent - one day works fine and next isn’t warm enough
3. The English TV channels (bbc, cnn etc) don’t work at all
4. WiFi didn’t work for first two days
All in all not great, not terrible, but not great 😉

Very disappointing hotel as the value for money is low.
The room is minimalistic as there is no minibar, no closet, no coffee/tea or even cups.
Low water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast is ok in the best case.
If it was cheap then it makes sense, but it's not.

Nice, clean room, friendly stuff. Overall good feeling. Breakfast not that rich, but tasty. Different sorts of bread is nice. Also gluten-free selection is a big plus for people with gluten alergy.

I’m normally a big Moxy fan. I only need hotels for the essentials and clean, comfortable place to sleep. This one was a bit disappointing in that the room was lacking pillows and there was no hand soap, and everything except the conditioner was out in the shower. I don’t expect anything fancy but I certainly expect a room to have soap and pillows without have to ask for it. Also check in/out took much longer than expected. Not sure if maybe they were training new employees but I felt like it took two people to help each customer which created a pile up of people waiting to get help.

This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. Twin bed rooms are constructed in a way that the beds cannot be pushed together, meaning if you are tall or broad the dimensions of the bed are very tight. The beds are very firm. I also found multiple hairs in the sheets, a transgression for which I would normally require the staff to change the bedding. However, since there were two beds, the other was thankfully less hairy. The toilet paper was overly rough. Pay a few extra Euro per case and purchase a respectable product, please.

Room rates were very high during this special period, but service levels remained unchanged. The hotel is near a subway and bus stop, making transportation relatively convenient. There's a supermarket and fast food restaurant nearby. Shopping isn't very convenient, making it suitable for short business trips.

Not a bad hotel near the center. Comfortable bed, no fridge in the room, good Wi-Fi, breakfast 19 euros - it was delicious. Parking 16 euros per day.
