A nice, quiet and clean hotel. The location is conveniently located near the Arabellapark UBahn station, and is also close to a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy. What I really liked was the breakfast selection with different types of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit.

The room was clean and practical. I was particularly impressed by the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet. The only drawback in my opinion is the missing luggage room

Close to a train station and bus stops. Reasonably close to the city centre. Nice rooms, great breakfast and installations such as a sauna and gym. The staff were also very helpful! Great stay for the price.

Love the location and services

It took us almost 30mins to get to Novotel from their local train station. It was -2 degrees n 8.30pm. We asked a few locals n even the staff working at the bakery where it was located. All of them gave us the wrong direction. We finally got it right after the 3rd time walking around n up n down the area for 15mins! Pretty old hotel, the floor without heating is freezing during winter.

Was looking for hotel with 2 beds and air conditioning and landed on this one. Last minute trip changes so we were left with limited options. It is an old hotel but the room was clean and the air worked well. Parking was easy with free parking as well as parking deck if free area is full.

We spend a night at this hotel when we had opera tickets in August. The hotel is well geared up for the festival, with shuttle buses for guests to and from performances (€5 pp fee for return) and a light buffet laid on for departing opera goers. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. Magdalena and the team at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the staff that took care of us at the breakfast buffet were very considerate and kind. I've stayed at multiple Ibis hotels in various countries, and I've been extremely satisfied every time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick. The location is convenient. My only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a kettle.

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth. Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely.

The room size is decent, but be aware there's no mini-fridge or kettle. You can rent a kettle from the front desk with a 10 Euro deposit. The hotel is situated right next to Hirschgarten, with supermarkets nearby. The hotel room was satisfactory and reasonably priced in such a oktoberfest period. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommended for all oktoberfest comers.

The hotel is located near a train station (less than 5 min walk) that can take you to Marienplatz and airport with one line. It comes with breakfast with various bread and drinks. Toothbrush is not provided, but you can buy it at the small shop on the lobby. There is also a supermarket nearby so you can get other stuff you need. Staffs are nice and friendly. Business hotel and nothing more. The room was a single and it’s actually the first time in my life that I get a signle bed. The room was a bit small but had everything and was very clean. The water for 4€ is a bit too much in my opinion. Breakfast has a limited choice and is not of very high quality. Receptionist was not at all interested in speaking english.

It was okay in general, the staff was very friendly. In the room the shower is a bit impractical, because of the door. The soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and the construction was damaged so it did not really work to be honest.

A good, simple hotel right next to the Nordostbahnhof (Northeast Train Station). It has everything you need for an overnight stay. The bed was very soft; depending on whether you like that sort of thing or not, you should be aware of that. The hotel is somewhat noisy in places, and I also think over €200 for one night during the Christmas market season is very excessive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I would like to thank them very much for giving us a family room. They were very helpful in this regard, however, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and even the trash was not removed from the room; apparently this is part of the hotel's concept.
