We chose this hotel because it had breakfast and electric car charging stations. Upon arrival, we noticed that there were two fossil cars parked on the charging stations. I think it is wrong when the hotel charges 36 euros for the spaces that the hotel can then allow this, so it must be noted that they do not control this. Unlike other European accommodations, it is clean and has good breakfast every day. There are many restaurants nearby.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. Friendly service and spotless rooms. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s pleasant, well designed and generally quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay especially Michael. Great for business trips and the location is just minutes from the charming old part of town.

The hotel location is convenient, very close to the train station. The building is beautiful, and the bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary mini-bottle of wine in the room, and it also had a bathtub and slippers. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel in Germany for a two-week trip. I want to come back because of the best mattresses compared to all other hotels, luxurious interior, outdoor interiors, and very friendly staff. Close to the main street and riverside, it's also the best location.

Great location a little loud at night but not bad. We stayed in the NEW tower it was very nice. Only issue and it was bad for such a new tower where the beds. I woke up in a bread basket of a mattress. Firm but you sink into a hole. But once again room was awesome. Staff was very nice also. Good location by the town.

Great downtown location close to the #4 & #5 street car lines. Classy hotel with a well-stocked breakfast buffet including bacon. I particularly appreciate the large bathroom space of my room with its large, modern shower. Restaurant on site has a Micheline Star and other awards.

Hotel is just beside Central station can heard the sound throughout whole night. Surrounding is not safe for a solo female. Furthermore, the room door is loose and open easily. Amenities is old. Reception service staff is rule, although already 3pm the room not ready for check in.

As always, a great stay at the hotel. The room was very tidy. A new bathroom and everything you could want for a short stay. A generous breakfast with friendly staff. I always feel very comfortable when I stay here. The location directly opposite the thermal baths is another plus. There's also an underground parking garage with an elevator.

It's very nice this place is for couples and old age couples also for medical treatment, it's has hot water pools and they put sum mineral in the water so it helps to get relief from health and skin problems.

Very nice hotel, directly opposite the thermal baths. The staff is very nice and friendly. And the kitchen is absolutely amazing. Each plate is prepared with great care. The choice of food left nothing to be desired. That was definitely not the last visit.

The rooms were very cold and shower is an unusual focal point which would not be to everyones taste. I had a fault with the shower but once reported was rectified quickly.

We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting. The staff were friendly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard bar in the late evening.

Nice, clean room on the 4th floor. Very quiet and spacious. Large bathroom. Two elevators. The extensive breakfast was delicious. All staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (urban rail) are within a few minutes' walking distance.

Excellent! The mini-kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the windows opened completely which was nice. The location is super convenient with bus lines 162 and 163 right downstairs. A supermarket is just a few hundred meters away, and it's close to the U3 metro line's starting station and the S-Bahn, making transportation incredibly easy.

Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

We had a great room. For four people, there was a double bed and a pull-out couch, both equally comfortable. Everything was newly renovated, in top condition, and very clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping in the surrounding area. As a 4-star hotel, I am very disappointed that the hotel has no system and the system is messy. It was almost 12:30 in the evening when we arrived. When we checked in, they said there was no room for us. We had already confirmed the room and paid the money. The front desk clerk just said sorry. This was the perfect hotel for a layover with an overnight stay. It was only a few mins drive from the airport. It was very clean, the room was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. My husband and I other had a main and dessert and all courses were delicious. The staff were professional and attentive. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Obermeier, and managed to use public transport into Munich effficiently. The breakfast was amazing, and we also made good use of the lovely reception and bar areas. Staff were incredible, and very understanding when I flew off with my room key! It would be very hard not to return if I ever came to Munich again.

That is a big minus, because it was hot and couldn't sleep till 23:00 when the temperature outside droped and had to have the windows fully opened the whole night. The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.

This is possibly the most magical place I have ever stayed. The staff treated us like kings, the facility was flawless, and the views took our breath away. I was so sad to leave that I almost forgot my passport. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy Bavaria at its best

A sufficient and nice choice for a business trip

This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff was very courteous. The food was very good. The only problem we experienced was our inability to regulate the heat/temperature in our room. One minute we are sweating, so we opened the door and the next it was freezing. The staff was not able to help with this issue.

A beautiful hotel close to the Isar River and an easy walk to the Altstadt. The River has a very nice running and biking trail next to it which is great for exercising no matter the season.

Very few shops be aware of the details there write up on their location is misleading it is not close to most things if you walk taxis are very expensive. The Frebch restaurant fell down on delivering quality food ie the french onion soup was a disaster The front of hotel staff were great

Wonderful staff—extremely helpful and welcoming. We woke up on St. Nicholas day with a bag full of treats outside our door. Great location, away from the touristy, crowded areas but close to lovely restaurants and shops. The bus and tram stop all within one block and you can use them to get to any location in Munich.

The location was near to everything when you wanna visit Nurnberg.

The room was small, and the service was okay, but there was no one at the front desk when checking out in the morning. It's about a 12-minute walk from the central train station, and there was practically no internet signal. I wouldn't recommend it.

Clean and tidy room with fair price. If you would exploring the city in a day and only sleep at night this safe place would highly meet your needs! If you come from the train station, just be aware of it might take some time.

This hotel is a little bit far away from train station but quite close to the old town. It's a 2 stars hotel therefore, on the whole the cleanliness is acceptable. My room was in the beginning of the corridor and lifts so it was a bit noisy. At night it was absolutely quiet. Breakfast costs €17 but it worths. Lots of variety to choose. Situated close to the old town (only few minutes walking distance) the hotel was very easy to find. Near the hotel there was an U ban connecting with the airport and most of the city stations.
