Wonderful stay This little hotel is a gem. The owners were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the late night self check in was very slow.

Position of a hotel is very good, if one is comming with a car. I think that a rooms are small, withouth a desk, where one can put his laptop to work or to read (book, newspaper or something else). We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that...

The maximum check-in time is 10pm and no one is allowed after that time… so if there is a train delay and we arrive after 10pm, it’s impossible, luckily I arrived at 9:45pm.

I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars...

Breakfast was great! The hotel is generally pretty good, and the front desk staff were kind but not very helpful when asked for directions or recommendations.

Clean rooms, kind staff and the staff speaks English and german, they were able to hold our luggage for us while we waited for the room to be ready so we could walk around

A great stay! Location and breakfast were perfect! They checked me in early and the support staff with free minibar options (water and beer and coke) was all amazing! My only challenge was electricity to the room. They use the card injected=power, so you can’t charge anything when away from the room. This was not ideal.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Boutique Hotel Marielle. It is a fantastic, small hotel with restaurant and one of the top 10 breakfasts we have ever enjoyed! The hotel is charming with many places to sit and enjoy their beautiful setting and furnishings. Staff were accommodating and the room was very comfortable.

Absolutely one of my favorite stays. The view of my room!!! Dinner was delicious. The location superb. I booked this location and hotel as a last minute change of plans, and didn’t do much research. Beautifully renovated hotel after the catastrophic floods. One of the best breakfasts I‘ve ever had in a hotel, very friendly staff. Only minus point was the very thin walls in the rooms in the upper floors. You definitely need earplugs, but that shouldn‘t stop anybody going.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There is also a small kitchenette in the room, but we didn't use it. The center of Essen could be reached with half an hour walk or with the Uber/public transport, so we liked the location too. Good value for money!

Interesting concept, appealing ambiance – the dark tones take some getting used to, but nothing that would deter us from a return visit. What we believe urgently needs improvement, however, is the attitude of the staff towards their actual employer: the guest. All stuff was so friendly, the room was so modern and nice- all nice clean and the room aroma was nice. Bedding was mega comfortable.. Tv and everything modern and easy. I travel a lot and this was so far my best place to stay.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff is very kind, the breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend them, and we will come back to this place. Some small hints: it would be nice to have tissues in the rooms. And please pay attention to repair/replace the broken bin in the toilett.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in one of the four penthouse suites (Villa Boutique Suite). These are located in the new extension. Check-in was friendly; we were even able to check in two hours early, and robes and slippers were provided in our room. All I can say about the suite is that it is incredibly stylish and modern. Polite host but I feel let down The rooms are good size and clean. The host is nice, polite, and helpful. However, the facilities in the room are very basic - no toiletry, no drinking water, not even a kettle and a cup. It says on the hotel description that it offers breakfast. We went to the breakfast room and were only told that since they don't have many guests that day so the owner is not there...

Meh... It was a huge mistake to stay here instead of the Windmühle, which has a truly incredible restaurant. This hotel is as blah as it gets. The restaurant and breakfast are stupendously overrated.

It's rare to book a hotel that looks like the pictures online. This property was even better! The staff was attentive and kind, and made us feel welcome. The included breakfast was the best we've ever experienced. Six of us had dinner, and we agreed 100% it was fabulous! Close to the train and an easy drive to our events in Ansbach. We will definitely book again!

This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Surprisingly nice! Easy access from the highway with convenient parking in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Absolutely exceeded our expectations especially taking into account our late arrival. Enjoyed a nice breakfast included with the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. everything is good except the toilet has poor drainage as there’s no proper outlet for water causing water to accumulate easily. luckily i only stayed for 3 nights otherwise it might have flooded 😅 on a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and nearby grocery shops 👍🏻

We had the maisonette room with two adults and two children. The space was excellent and lovely, especially since you could read on the lower floor while someone slept upstairs. The price was very fair (less than half the cost of the nearest hotels), and the service was friendly and uncomplicated.

This charming hotel is right in the center of the action. An easy walk to the Christmas market! It is a little walk from the Subway but manageable and charming. Just we aware you will be rolling your suitcase over cobblestone. I would definitely stay here again! Be sure to get the house hot wine which comes with a fresh gingerbread cookie!

Staff was very nice checking in/ out. Comfortable bed/ pillows. Great location with being a 15 min walk from main train station. More basic amenities (no conditioner, lotion or vanity packs) but comfortable space.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. The hotel was clean and staff was great so I bumped it to 4 stars, but the beds are hard and the rooms are awkwardly shaped and some aspects tiny. Each room is set up differently but the shower in our room was tiny and it was impossible not to flood the bathroom. And very slippery floor.

Cute boutique hotel in Black Forest on the lake. We used the free paddle boards and sauna. Booked a massage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh and many options. Café Ebner is a great boutique hotel downtown Lindau. Rooms are spacious and modern. Beds are great and we slept very well. Breakfast is amazing ! Price is reasonable and includes breakfast .Would highly recommend this place if you spend some time in Lindau.

Great hoatoric hotel. We are a family of 5, and had to book 2 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast included was the best we've encountered on our trip.

From the moment that we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. Our messenine room ( has two floors ) was large with great views over the river. The bathroom is on the upper level (bath robes would be welcome ) .Very very clean. Comfortable bed ( cotton sheet would be appreciated instead of a stretch cover ). The location is a bit far from the train station, about 1 kilometer away. There are only three stops by bus, and it's a bit far to walk. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the fourth floor, which is actually the fifth floor. It's very hard, and there's no one to help. Service staff are indifferent

Centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the Leverkusen Forum (Jazz Days). Very clean and modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection, was very appetizing and fresh, and served in a comfortable, modern breakfast room. Hotel parking is available about 150 meters away (advance booking is essential as spaces are limited).

Please note: there is no elevator! The hotel itself is tastefully furnished and located in a quiet location. The room floor was quite dirty, so we now have to clean the dog blanket, which we paid extra for (our poodle doesn't shed, and we shed more hair). Well, it's Leverkusen. More for business or football. It's not ideal for vacation. The hotel is great for its size. There's a big TV in the room, a top-notch shower, and a top-notch room. The surrounding area doesn't seem very safe. There is an arcade, but there is a private parking lot, which is very safe. I don't recommend staying there in the summer. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, and it will be very hot.

The room I had was for single travellers - it was large in size with a wardrobe, desk, decent sized bed, a door that closed between the room and the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and warm. The location is good not far from the train station to reach Oktoberfest. The cleanness and breakfast are also not bad. Only the pillows are uncomfortable to sleep and blankets are too short and thin. Also for Amenities, toothbrush and toothpaste, the gest should bring them by self.
