Arrived for a weekend away with friends late on Friday. Check in was completed quickly and politely. Was at first disappointed to find I was on the top floor, however I was pleasantly surprised to find I had been assigned a Privelege Room, which was probably bigger than the ground floor of my house. Had a separate bedroom and living room area, two balconies as well as ensuite bathroom. Room was clean, modern and bed was comfortable. Nice views of the TV Tower from my room.
My top would be to not bother with breakfast at the hotel, as there is a little bakery/breakfast cafe next door which does a very nice French breakfast for 6 euro. They also do a full meat/cheese selection which still undercuts the 18 euro in the hotel.
Was very happy with my stay and would happily go back. Even without the privilege room.

Ok. 4 minutes walking distance to Alexanderplatz, the room is big but very basic. The Wifi isn't working, and there's no fridge. The porch is nice but there's no seats outside. Public transport is great, trams and buses just outside the hotel, S bahn and U bahn in Alexanderplatz
Good hotel in the centre of Berlin. The view is not the best but it is convenient to reach and close to one of the main squares of east Berlin

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to a large U-bahn station, as well as a couple tram stops. The surrounding area also has good restaurants, a grocery shop, a decent club, and is not far away from a couple of large malls and fast food places. The nearby plaza often hosts events, such as Easter, Christmas, and Octoberfest. The rooms at the hotel are a good size, and include facilities such as a minibar, and a tea kettle and tea/coffee/creamer etc. If you purchased breakfast for your stay, you'd be impressed by the variety of food at the breakfast/lunch buffet, and the appeasing of the different dietary needs (sugar free, lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian). Checking in and out was quick and easy, the cleaning was great, and they offer a place to store your luggage before your departure. There is also a bar, which I have yet to experience, although it looks good. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. The quality is way above that of other 3 star hotels for the price.

Huge rooms (some even with balcony), good breakfast and about 5 minute walk from alexander platz metro station. One of the better restaurants near the platz!
Nice central location, staff are very helpful. The rooms are basic but if you're out til late like myself you only need them for a brief sleep anyway.
Room was large and had a balcony which was nice. However, room smelt of smoke and there was no air conditioning. Also could not get the WiFi to work.
