Great location, opposite the train station so easy link to the airport (when the train line has no construction work) and supermarket to buy food/drink. Staff very friendly! There is also a luggage storage room which is very handy - €3 for 4 hours, €4 for 12 hours.
The room was modern but quite basic in terms of amenities - would have been nice if a kettle was in the room to drink warm fluids. I’m glad I bought slippers with me as the floor was quite dirty. Also I had reported that the sink was very slow to drain water but this had not been fixed during our stay.

Very nice, modern and conveniently placed hotel with a 10 minute ride into Berlin's city centre on the overground train. There is a parking right outside as well. Check in experience was wonderful, all done through an app which lets you know when the room is ready. Same with check out, the room can be opened with an app, it was all very smooth. Booked directly through the website and had a 15% off coupon which made this stay super affordable. Breakfast was just a standard hotel brekkie, nothing to write home about. Good amount of seating available.

The room was small but clean and easy to keep tidy with the built-in desk, shelves, and hooks. Surprisingly quiet considering the floor we were on seemed pretty full. Amazing location next to Ostbahnhof with the S-Bahn and all the quick eateries and grocery stores.

The hotel was very clean, with outstanding service, a perfect breakfast, and a great location. Special thanks to the receptionist Fabio for his kindness and help when we lost our suitcase. Thank you, Fabio! Highly recommended.

As I travel often for work I've learned that to me a hotel needs to provide a couple of basic things. First and foremost, a good bed/matras. Well, this hotel failed by 100%. The bed is made up of a wooden multilayer plate with holes drillend in to it covered by something that would have been sold as a matras probably. Combined they were as comfy and soft as a rock. Yes, it's all hip, great location, the rooms have numbers and names, the app roomkey system is a perfect example of over-digitalization, it's just not that convenient. But please, a normal quality bed should be provided as a basic, if not core value, by a hotel. The things this hotel call beds are rockhard and provide nothing but a night filled with agony followed by a day filled with shouder, back and hip pains. Oh, and to complete the bad experience. They have a luggage room where you can store your things. The door will open when you pay, no supervision by any staff members, service? I'll never go back there.

Inside the room we found 2 dirty socks. The room cleaner had not visited our room even one during our 3 nights stay there. The location is very convenient. It was very close to the train station. Which was the only positive aspect of the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Berlin Wall Gallery Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right across the road from the train and bus stations, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The price versus quality is outstanding. The rooms are super comfortable with excellent beds and in-room thermostats to control heating. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was amazing—truly attentive and friendly.
I especially want to highlight the staff’s kindness: my child, who has autism, lost her headphones, and the staff went above and beyond to return them to us. That kind of care made our stay even more special.
The hotel restaurant is very affordable, and the food is excellent. Breakfast is on another level—truly delicious and plentiful. There’s also a guest kitchen and a chill area, perfect for relaxing.
Overall, this hotel deserves a full 5 stars. Comfortable, clean, great location, excellent service, and very family-friendly—I highly recommend it!

Cosy and warm hotel lobby with great coffee shop. Amazing location right next to the East Side Gallery and opposite a major train station (Ostbahnhof). Really easy to check in and out with app on your phone and unlock your room with this app also. My only criticism is the pillows were like giant, mainly unformed bags of cotton wool.

Lovely property, we ate dinner in the restaurant which was great for a simple burger, never had any issues to require us to speak to staff as everything is done through the app including check in/out and room key, but reception was always manned. Bags were safe locked in the luggage room for day of departure, we hired a large locker for 12hr for €4. Lots of places to relax including a children’s play area. Right opposite a major train station (s bahn) with direct links to the airport which was easy to navigate for our late arrival.
