Modern branding, Stone Age infrastructure. It’s a budget hotel, and expectations are low-cost. However, we are living in the 21st century, we are in GERMANY... and the internet available in the hotel room is embarrassing... Embarrassing... I can understand charging 1.8 euros/250ml for still water, but the lack of even a minimal internet connection is inexcusable. I understand that IBIS management dreams of an EBITDA that asymptotes toward infinity, but in the 21st century, internet access is a human right, not a luxury. Shame on the entire management for this prehistoric connectivity

Although the hotel was generally well presented, and the staff were friendly, I was disappointed with some problems with my room and the lack of response. The window blind was broken, room very dusty (from the ceiling fan) and shower tray overflowed very quickly. However, the staff were helpful with storing luggage, and the hotel was very conveniently located right by a U-bahn station which meant getting around was very easy.

Nice clean hotel and room. Breakfast is decent. It is further out form the city center but very nice location. Close to U Bhan station, few restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores a bit further out. Very nice and friendly staff. Will stay there again when travelling to Berlin in the future.

Great Berlin stay
This is a lovely little hotel. The location is away from the city but you literally have a train station at your doorstep. Lovely little eateries close by, and major supermarkets a couple of stations away. It was perfect for our stay in Berlin

Cosy room, with view to the local cemetery, very quiet.
On the other side hand street looks a little bit dangerous by night.

Situated in the Neukölln neighbourhood of Berlin right next to a cemetery. The Hotel is slightly outdated, but really clean and tidy! Room 34 on the back side overviews the graveyard, that made it really quiet and tranquil. The all over experience with the staff was positive and they where really helpful and friendly and customer minded. Room had no Air-conditioning but big windows and ceiling fan. The Hotel is close to the Grensalle U-Bahn stop.
