Customer service was decent and breakfast was too.

But that's about it. The lovely yellow lights of the front of the hotel was fake.

The interiors of the room is ageing and lights are dim. Unpractical bathroom and cold bedroom. Front door was very hard to open. Put some grease to it!

Not more than 3 stars if I'm kind enough.

All looks good and staff are nice

27.05.2025 Guest

Overall the room was very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no elevator on the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage up one floor by myself. Everything else was ok.

08.05.2025 Guest

The location is very good, very close to the subway, convenient for travel, the front desk reception is warm, the room facilities are very average, but very clean, there is only hand soap and shampoo in the room, a bath towel, the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, and the sound of water in the shower in the next room can be clearly heard in the room

20.04.2025 Guest

Room was compact . Not suitable for couple or family as does not have single bad of queen size. They have executive bad which they are combined to make queen size.
Daily cleaning company doesn’t check washroom liquid or neither replace it.
Some of Staff doesn’t speak English.

Nice hotel in a very good, pleasant and quiet location. Good wifi and reception is 24/7

25.03.2025 Guest

Good quality for the price, very clean and nice room in a good location. Quiet if you close the window but the room can get a bit hot so you have to open the window and hear the traffic. Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities to elevate the experience.

18.02.2025 YILEI

I was quite satisfied. I came to attend the Berlin Film Festival. All I wanted was a supermarket nearby and convenient transportation. I found this one. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!
