Garner Hotel Berlin Ku´Damm by IHG in Berlin

Dirty carpet, There was blood on the curtain, and what surprised me the most is that they charge for water in the room 4€!!! The only plus is the very friendly service during breakfasts

The room was not sound proof. I can easily listen to the next door without evedropping. There was huge bang sounds whole night I couldn't sleep whole night. There was a fight in the corridor around 3:30 am, that is middle of the night. When I told the whole story to the reception in early morning she did not listen to me and didn't bother to say sorry. She was rude and unprofessional.
Upon check in the room, the room light was not working and it took 1 hour to change our room. The room was dirty. Overall pathetic experience I have in this hotel. It was a waste of money. No comfort at all. If there is an option for a 0 star I would have given that. . .Poor management.

Was ok but the 1 star is because of the car park. They charged toooo much and we didn't know.. The sign where it say that they charge for parking is not obvious for you to see... just be aware..

The worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. The walls are virtually made of cardboard (you can hear everything). To the desire to want to change the room, since we are noisy and active at night, Zimmernacharn had, we were dismissed rudely. The decor is very simple and the bathroom could also get a refresher. The services of the night on the mountain was not met and the staff should urgently be trained. Absolutely no recommendation.
