We stayed one night here. Fresh fruits at the reception is a very nice welcoming touch in particular bc we arrived after 1 a.m.! Our room was on 1st floor and faced the tram stop, so it was noisy throughout the night. The room is warm in winter times. There was slippers which is again a super nice addition. Check in and check out is done on a screen and there is no one at the reception.

We stayed at the beginning of December. The location is excellent—easy to reach by public transportation, and convenient for getting around to any part of the city from there. The hotel and rooms are very clean. We had a deluxe double room that was spacious and comfortable, more like a small apartment. The beds are top-notch, especially if you prefer a firm mattress. The staff speaks German with very basic English, but since most services are self-service, you rarely need their help. Breakfast is plain but enough to get the day started. There's storage space for luggage after check-out. We'll be back in the future.

Only negative comments, the hotel has no reception staff, we didn’t like this. It was a self check in and out, fine for an Airbnb but not an hotel. The hotel stated that rooms would be serviced after two nights, ours wasn’t, however we contacted the hotel chain via their email and within 15 minutes two staff arrived to service the room.
Many positives, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the rail network and trams outside of the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was quiet.
Breakfast was good for continental, you would not go hungry.
There was a public area where you could get drinks and snacks, with an honesty box for payment, a nice touch.
Overall a good location and nice hotel.

Great location, easy access, lovely large room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is basic but fine. No milk in the room or breakfast tea. Having no reception means no one to ask those little questions about local restaurants etc but we knew this when we booked. I guess it just lacks that human touch! But saying that would happily recommend this hotel. The storage facility is excellent. And lots of beautiful boutiques and great shops nearby.

A very quiet, pleasant hotel. Excellent location. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Most attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are well-equipped (kettle, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board), and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty. Nothing to complain about :) We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Stayed in Oct 2019. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Location is ideal for Berlin. Staff were friendly and even went the extra mile to prepare me a breakfast box for an early departure. No problems with noise levels. I would definitely book here again.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, so it is very hot during the summer. There is no fridge in the apartment, so forget a coke, beer or water (you have to go downstairs to buy at the reception). The shower place floods when you are using. The location and staff is good, but these cons make it impossible to recommend this place.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Clean and new. Friendly staff (English-speaking). Breakfast plentiful and varied, we can take on the terrace in nice weather. Beautiful experience.

Very good, Central location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room rather small, but OK for 1-2 nights. Breakfast is in order. I would stay there again.
