Aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz in Berlin

I attended a seminar at Aletto Hotel, and everything was great — pleasant atmosphere, professional service, everything ran smoothly. Until the moment I had to find the restroom.

I don’t know who designed your signage system, but it seems they didn’t consider older guests or those with visual impairments. My eyesight is perfectly fine, yet even I had real trouble finding my way — the signs are poorly placed, the colors and contrasts are confusing, and the directions are not intuitive.
I kindly ask the hotel management to review the signage design and visibility. With just a few improvements, you could make the experience much more comfortable for everyone and show that you truly care about accessibility and inclusiveness for all guests.

The hotel is 1 minute from the metro. We didn't try breakfast, but there is a Starbucks on the ground floor which is nice. Our room was a bit small, but fair with the price. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was much bigger than expected, the beds were super comfy! The restroom was so big as well, kinda easy to flood since there wasn't any door. The water pressure was so good. Plenty of counter space in restroom for all the skincare. The location was perfect, next to a train station and 2 stops away from a mall and grocery store! Also good food options around. All in all it was great here, I would book again!

Overall, a positive stay. The hotel is very clean and in a great central location, which made it easy to explore the area. Staff were generally friendly. The cleaning schedule was a bit unusual, we received fresh towels around 5 PM but the room wasn’t cleaned that day. On the day of checkout, cleaners entered the room right at 11 AM as we were about to leave, which felt a bit rushed. Despite that, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights.

Aletto hotel is next to the train station so getting to other areas in Berlin is easy. It is very convenient as well to have Starbucks just downstairs for breakfast, so props to that.

However, room is slightly small and found it difficult to stuff our luggage in😅 Toilet is clean with a giant mirror, beds are slightly dusty.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Very nice balkony on the last floor with a city view unfortunately it is open until 22 only.
Rooms at a bit small for more than 2 people and water is splashing out of the shower but that’s acceptable since it is cleaned daily.

Location is really good as it’s next to the U-Bahn station.

Stayed here for almost a week while on a business trip. It was a very positive experience from the quick and very hospitable check-in to check-out.

The hotel staff is very, very friendly, attentive, hospitable and always willing to help. Special thanks to those who worked on the hotel bar, you made the stay very cozy and it was always more pleasant to work at a table in the lobby than in the room :)

The rooms are very comfortable and well thought out! I stayed in a room by myself, but thanks to the fold out beds it could easily fit a family of four. The only thing is that the room has a very small and folding table for work, so it's really more comfortable to work in the lobby :)

The room is well soundproofed and warm, so you'll definitely get a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel is pretty secure - you can't get to the floor without a key, plus the key only allows you to get to your floor and the outdoor roof terrace if you need to.

The hotel has a great location!!! In 20 minutes you will walk to the city center, and if you need to go far, there is a metro station 2 minutes away. There is also a covered parking lot for your car 2 minutes from the hotel.

The breakfasts were very good and so were the dinners!

Overall a really nice hotel. The staff are especially capable, I would personally like to thank the lovely staff member who worked the evening shift in the attached pizza restaurant- you are awesome. Rooms are perfectly fine, if a little spartan, but then hey, it is merely where you sleep. They were perhaps a little warm for or tastes. The location is ideal - there is a station nearby. A good number of sights are within walking distance. Like I said, a great, well-run, reasonably priced hotel. 5/5 would definitely stay there again!
