the room was clean, however the window didnt fully close so at night it'd get cooler than you'd expect. the path to the room required going up some steep stairs with a foul old smell.
breakfast is 12 euros so didnt take it. its very close to a metro station which is one station away from the s bahn.

Poor facilities, bathroom door is stuck and won't open. Balcony is very dilapidated and needs renovation. No heating. The building is showing its age. The bathroom door doesn't open in the middle of the night and is very stuck. There is no TV, coffee maker, or refrigerator. A very dated hotel, but in a good location.

Couldn't enter my room, key card error
My key card stopped working during the evening, I couldn't enter my room after the reception had closed. No emergency phone number. Worst hotel experience ever! Room itself was extremely basic. No curtains and you couldn't stand up in the shower because of a slanted roof. Only offered a voucher, no refund.

Good value for money. Great location with quick links to the city centre by public transport. The single bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean with a shower and good water pressure. You won't find soap in the bathroom, but they give you shampoo and even a tooth brush. No tooth paste though. The person at the check-in desk insisted on the city tax being paid in cash although there were Visa, Mastercard and Amex signs everywhere. The city tax charged was higher than stated in the booking confirmation and I was provided with a hand written receipt of a lower amount than actually paid. This detail makes me wonder whether the property owners pay their duties in a correct manner.

The hotel location is good but rooms are very small and very old. They offer very poor breakfast. Toilet flash tank in my room was broken and couldnt flash. instead i've been told to use waste bucket to pour water in.
Generally the price and service is not value for money.

Quite dissatisfied, the worst, bar none. The service attitude is extremely bad and unfriendly. The front desk does not speak English. Ctrip will check out on your behalf. The luggage will be collected the next day. The front desk is not 24 hours a day. Yesterday the front desk closed at 12 noon to return the room card. No one was there anymore. When I returned the room card this morning, the front desk asked for 70 euros for the room fee. I told Ctrip to handle it. The front desk also said that they did not agree and wanted 70 euros in cash and refused to pay by credit card. They threatened to charge more if the luggage was not taken away after 12 noon. 70 euros, that is, 140 euros for one day's luggage storage. It is simply a shady store and is suspected of discrimination. This is the first time that a hotel in the world has encountered it.
