This hotel was a unbelievable surprise as our family was walking along the famous Rheinsteig trail. The hotel and restaurant service were the best we have had in Germany in 10 years living here. Functional rather than luxurious hotel. Large rooms, if somewhat basically furnished. Comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Powerful hot shower, warm throughout and thick fluffy towels. Very large, clean rooms. The Breakfast is OK but unfortunately the Hotel is very far from Darmstadt, Germany (50 meters further on, the border of the city) is in the vicinity is a bus stop, a car is recommended. Next to the Hotel, a mosque is being built or is already built, i.e. at certain times of the Day it is noisy in the environment. All in all a good Hotel in a quiet environment.

I travel here for work two or three times a year. Every time I am made to feel welcome. The rooms are always spotless and well laid out. The restaurant and bar area are very nice and good place to relax.

Excellent upscale restaurant (probably best food in town) with nice ambience. Great wine selection. Hotel rooms a bit old fashion some with very narrow subtle beds. I personably don't like the very thin pillows and the rather small blankets which either cover the feet or the chest but not both. Very friendly staff.

This was my third stay at the Europa Hotel – this time in the Europa Style style – and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was great, the room, the food, but above all, the service. Will definitely choose this place again. About the area: it’s close to the train station, just around the corner, so, naturally, there are a lot of people NEXT to the station, but the hotel area itself is pretty safe and calm.

The hotel room was too small, and at 1280 RMB per night, it wasn't good value for money. The hotel breakfast, however, was very good.

The photos of the single room when booking didn't match the room I booked. It was too small and too noisy at night. So I moved to a double room. The location and service were very good.

The property was nice, but there was no hot water for either of the nights we stayed which made for some uncomfortably cold showers after a long day of traveling.

A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.
