Very nice staff. We were allowed to check in very early. No charge if you are a member of Best Western which is free. That was awesome after flying all night. Hotel is great but the ad in the app is awful since one thinks that the parking is included with the reservation (see screenshot) and only later one is informed that the parking has a price of HALF THE ROOM. I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The room itself was decent, but sometimes the towels weren't clean and the housekeeping wasn't great. Once, there was a bit of a black mark left in the bathroom.

Extremely good location, near to lots of shopping. However, the hotel stafff was not super friendly, they will try to upsell you to upgrade to a bigger room during check in and the staff are always expecting tips.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

It is okay to drink a beer and eat something. From my former stays I know that the rooms are small but everything is tidy.

Plus: Good Breakfast, good lunch, good staff, purpose built training rooms mediocre: the room and bathroom minus: no free Wi-Fi I was already at least 60 Times (three to five days) in the CTH Darmstadt (coach for the Telekom) and am satisfied. The price seems to me now, but Alternatives in Darmstadt, Germany, there are hardly any.

Reception never heard the saying "the customer is king" when i arrived from the highway i had a suitcase and a laptopcase with tablet and camera equipment with me. I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.
