When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....

No parking outside and they charge 28 euro for parking at night.

Location is very near train station is convenient. Hotel is near REWE family mart. Comes with kitchen - necessity items. Breakfast is nice, comes with a pancake machine! No airport shuttle. Hotel can arrange taxi for you.

The hotel is next to a supermarket that opens until 12am daily, which is very convenient. There are also many varieties of cuisine nearby and just opposite the hotel. Less than 30 mins drive from the city center. It's huge resort and has all the amenities to spend a perfect weekend.

I booked a room for a family, husband, wife and a 10 year old child, at check-in they said 95€ each day and we will make you a room with a terrace and the 10 year old child will live for free and we will provide you with an extra bed. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a rich breakfast spread, a gym, and a sauna – perfect for business travel. Plus, there's a sports hub just a few hundred meters away with brands like Arc'teryx and The North Face, which can be a great deal if you catch a sale.

The hotel's location is pretty good, quite convenient. The female staff member from Egypt at the front desk was very enthusiastic and always smiling. On the first day, I requested daily housekeeping, but on the second day, it wasn't done when we returned, and my child was so tired they fell asleep. Later, they arranged for someone to clean, so overall, it was alright.

Bestplace in Wiesbaden across the Kurhaus and Casino

A fourty year ambition was achieved by staying at the Nassauer Hof. Whilst they’re clearly winding down a bit before the huge refurb, we had the best stay - gorgeous hotel, great room, charming personnel and the location is perfect. Will start saving now to stay when the refurb is complete. Hope it retains its classy, restrained atmosphere. ❤️

Top location. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are below standard. Seemed like a 3-star hotel, metal sink, old tv and bed, small duvet. Breakfast had a line, which we never had before. Not really good for a leading hotel of the world, the worst one we’ve been to in a while. The room servixe is 7 euros extra, which is also not common in a leading hotel.

Small but beautiful room. I like the interior and point colors they used in the room. Very modern and clean. Location can be little inconvenient for people without car. But still possible with public transportation. Parking was difficult and we end up did street parking. It would be really nice if the parking is free for the guests.

The price was not that high, but the interior was nice and clean, so I was very satisfied. The only downside is that it is located in a residential area, so you will need to take a taxi to get there.

This hotel is really poorly made. A hotel should at least have basic necessities like cleanliness and comfort, even if it's a bit pricey. And there's no water pressure or anything like that. Maybe that's what a budget hotel is all about.

The room was a tight but it was great for just an overnight. We were not in it much anyway. It was super noisy outside. Be warned, you won't get a quiet night of sleep.

During fair period, pay higher is quite normal. Just one night , nothing to complain. The only issue is there is no Hairdryer in room. Not very convenient.

The hotel is quite a walk from the main train station, about 45 minutes on foot. The breakfast for a budget hotel was decent enough to fill up on, and everything else could be overlooked. However, it's really unacceptable that there was no heating in the middle of winter, and the air conditioning was just for show – it didn't work even when turned up to the max.

Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. The location of the hotel will be convenient for those who want to live near the airport. The hotel is very simple, the room is quite modest and small in area. Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Over we hv a pleasant stay, hotel is on the opposite side of the side entrance at Frankfurt central station.  Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer).

The Hotel has a great breakfast buffet with a lot of different fruit, cereal, bread and topping. The beds are super comfortable, the towels super soft. I enjoyed the hot shower anD a good night sleep after a day of exploring the historic city of Marburg.

WORST PILLOWS EVER! For some reason, Germany loves these massive, square pillows. My in-laws (also German) have them as well, and their pillows are bad, but this hotel's pillows take the cake. Even my husband--who's been sleeping on these wacky pillows his entire life--had a terrible sleep due to **his words** "...that terrible pillow." I've stayed here several times. It's located in the center of Baunatal, next to an Aldi supermarket. The hotel's overall decor is a bit dated, but the room I stayed in this time was newly renovated. The carpet in the hallway, however, looked a bit old.
