Wiesbaden must stay The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room to a junior suite without us asking! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant. They offer a nice variety of food and our meal was delicious.

This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI. I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight. The restaurant was not open in the evening. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.

Nice place. Room are quite nice and clean. Bathroom is getting old and you can water on floor after shower but it's really ok. Service and people at the bar are very eager to help and it is appreciated. The food was not top. I would recommend to go outside for diner. I recommend anyway.

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Top quality hotel near the station and city centre Ideal for an overnight stop near the station. Hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff we met were all superb.

We stayed one night and visited friends. We booked the two single bed room. It was cozy and convenient. The staff spoke English well and were very attentive. Our stay was exactly what we expected.

Good breakfast (small sortiment but absolute okay, the brie tasted really good), a little bit slow with refillment. Rooms a little Bit old, but clean. For sleeping absolute enough. Service was mostly really nice and helpful. Would be okay with this one, when my company would book this again.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with a group of friends and our dogs. Upon arrival, there was a water and food bowl, including wet food and treats, waiting for the dogs. There was also a dog mat, which was great! The room itself is large, including a small kitchenette and a refrigerator, which is very nice! The bathroom is good with a nice shower. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable here; the rooms are a bit dated but clean, and there's ample parking. Located in the Usseln district, about 4 km from Willingen. There's a swimming pool and sauna, and the sauna area is particularly spacious. A lovely breakfast is served in a room with mountain views. Numerous footpaths and cycle paths lead to the Skywalk, Willingen, and other destinations...

The hotel is quite good. I didn't like the service; the staff at breakfast was completely unfriendly. There is no first aid kit in the hotel. The breakfast is not bad.

The fridge in our room was incredibly loud and barely cooked down.

Great location (by car), walking distance to low key slopes. Service can be improved, everything is quite confusing and unclear, dinner was sold out by 5pm. Breakfast is ok, beds are too hard but overall the family room is roomy and comfortable.

This hotel has the smallest comforter in Europe. Considering most Europeans are big and tall, I found it hard to imagine how they could under such tiny comforters. I asked the front desk for larger blanket or cover, and was told that they did not have any. Food was abysmal in the hotel. We were served "wild mushroom soup". But my soup looked and tasted like Campbell's tomato soup, with cool whip foam...

It's OK, the location is close to shopping malls.

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! My colleagues and I, we had lots of laughs talking to her! The gentlemen of the night shift is also very kind and always to ready to give all the info we needed. Hotel facade is on renovation, construction all around it. You have to walk around to get in . It was ok for the price. Close to shopping center

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

Location is good if you are here on transit as the hotel is not near the city center. Also, I have given a lower rating for the location as there were several men just loitering around the hotel (I know this is not the fault of the hotel but we just felt uncomfortable when we were walking around). I stayed at Moxy Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short visit. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel close to the airport and works well for a quick stopover.

There's a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but you might have to wait a bit. The front desk was great; even though check-in isn't until 3 PM, I told them I was exhausted after a 12-hour flight, and they managed to check me in. Thumbs up!

A good choice for business trips and exhibitions

Transportation is very easy. It's possible to walk to the city center and important landmarks.

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. Convenient location to a small grocery store, laundromat and a couple of bakeries. The train station was probably about 15 minutes...

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. The staff are all friendly. When asked a kettle they will provide it. The transportation card for the tram and bus is a bonus. Their breakfast had a variety of food too.

When I couldn't book a room, I found this hotel hidden in the old town. The skylight on the roof can see the clouds at dusk and the top of the church. It is quiet and the sound of rain hitting the skylight at night helps me sleep. It is worth recommending

I went to the Wilhelmshöhe Park. This hotel is one tram stop away from Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe Station. Line 1 is right at the door, and the key point is that it is at the foot of the park. No air conditioning, no air conditioning ~

Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Nearby both the railway station, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and Zoo am Rammelsberg. The only drawback is the traffic on the street outside, paved with cobblestone so every car makes a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do something about, and sleeping with the window shut may silence some of it.

20 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t order eggs; no excuse, no explanation, just: “NO”. 15 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t sit in the breakfast area. i come here to rest, not to get told what to do or what i can’t have.

During fair period, pay higher is quite normal. Just one night , nothing to complain. The only issue is there is no Hairdryer in room. Not very convenient.

The hotel is quite a walk from the main train station, about 45 minutes on foot. The breakfast for a budget hotel was decent enough to fill up on, and everything else could be overlooked. However, it's really unacceptable that there was no heating in the middle of winter, and the air conditioning was just for show – it didn't work even when turned up to the max.

One of the best hotels I visited. I had a lovely room. Eventhought I am tall and the ceiling was lower in the 3rd floor I myself quite enjoy the overnight stay. Breakfast was really yummy. :)

I attended a seminar in the hotel. The food was delicious and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful :-) Parking around the hotel was good as well and I didn't have any issues in finding a parking spot for my car !

The room was tiny. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed right next to each other. Once my luggage was in, there was no space to walk around. It really impacted my experience. The customer service was terrible; I asked for a clothes hanger and never received it, even after three days.

We stayed 3 nights during May 2024 and had a spacious room (No 1) with views, the evening meals were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Staff were knowledgeable and polite despite our sometimes imperfect German. We will be back for another stay on our next car-tour.

It was great, we wore there for the lake, and we walked down from the hotel. lucky us, they have a chairlif near the road so you can easily be up there. On my birthday they give us free sect.

Luxury and comfort from 60''s in a 500-inhabitants village. Still - clean, nice breakfast, and if you like bicycle rides, exactly in the right place. They have a castle nearby, too :)
