We had a great stay at Hotel Palmenhof. The hotel is very clean, nicely renovated and has a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent, in a great area that made everything easy to access. Housekeeping was also good. We were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Comfortable, clean, and good service.

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of free parking was available nearby. Paid parking was also an option. It was also convenient that we were able to check in before our scheduled appointment. We would gladly stay here again.

The rooms 1103 and 1105 both are amazing. Two bedded suites . The second toilet with wash basin is extra convenience. The best breakfast in any hotel. Pity the restaurant is being renovated which is a shame as we read some positive reviews and wanted to try it out. The tram card is indeed very useful extra.

I booked without checking the review so I ended up staying in the most very scary location ever in my life. The hotel room was small and everything in the room was compacted especially the washroom. You would rarely get space to open your suitcase. There was always a cigarette and other smell coming to the room.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so going out wasn't really an option. However, the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus! 👍🏻

A nice hotel. Unfortunately there was no information about the fact that the access wasn’t possible due to road closures. We tried to reach the hotel by phone several times with no response. We finally found a parking and had to walk to the hotel with our luggage. A lifted eyebrow is not the kind of response we I expect from the receptionist when mentioning this inconvenience.

This hotel was a unbelievable surprise as our family was walking along the famous Rheinsteig trail. The hotel and restaurant service were the best we have had in Germany in 10 years living here. The kids loved the pool overlooking the deer area, and the food was unbelievable in the restaurant. We will find an excuse to come back here again.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but it is very dated - I’m ok with older design, but two single beds are not to be understood in a double room. I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others.

Perfect weekend getaway for couples. Magnificent royal hunting lodge turned museum and hotel. Quiet at night. Never crowded. Definitely eat at the Kavalierbau Restaurant on the grounds: rich selection of seasonal foods including lots of game and vegetarian options. All were delicious. Limited but good wine options.
