The location is pretty good and which is very close to the main station. The shops, restaurants and bars are very close to the hotel but one thing is that it is very crowded surrounding it. The room is not Lage but enough for 2 persons. I would like to give 3 stars only.

Very cheap hotel right next to the main station. The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is a very dodgy place, rooms are dirty and the overall vibe is just weird and dark. The hotel is under construction, there is a lot of noise from everywhere, loud people, noise (and light) from the street and you dont get much of a rest.

Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

A trip for the weekend, but glad it was just 1 night. Hotel is in a decent location to airport, T2 is closer about 15 min walk, T1 is 25 min walk or you can get the train 1 stop for around €4 single. It was great. The only problem was at the reception at the checkout. The young woman at the reception 10 minutes couldn't understand if the room was paid or not. It was very strange. And in restourant we waswaiting to long in the evening. The rest is perfect.

The location is great, near Hercules Kassel. When you go out from the hotel 2 minutes walking u will have great views, clean air, with a beautiful green area. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. Very Good hotel, we got a nice room, clean, well maintained, the hotel is perfect for the visitors of the US consulate as well as Frankfurt visitors, exactly 10 minutes by Tram to the city center. Osama at the reception desk is so helpful, kind, and professional. Breakfast is great, parking available for 20 Euro per night.

The location is right at the corner of the U.S Consulate and a few bus stops away from downtown.

The IT system crashed, and the booking information couldn't be found. They made the customer wait 30 minutes in the middle of the night, and then they paid in full, only to be pushed back to me the next day.

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time. The location is good as it is right next to the motorway.

A huge hotel recently built. Very clean and great accommodation. My only issue is their surprising lack of handicap parking. Everything else was fabulous.

Just 10 minutes outside of a ski area (Neuastenberg) - family friendly, super service and fabulous staff! Pool and sauna were lovely as was the breakfast buffet.

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel at Easter. The location is perfect. The menu in the restaurant is the same as in other Maritim hotels, but it tasted class higher. The swimming pool is not big but I was lucky to swim there alone in the evening. The standard room has a bathtub, and the view to the park helps to create a peaceful atmosphere.

Walking distance to Heraeus office buildings. AC automatically shuts down when it reaches desired temperature. Once it shuts down, it can only be turned back on manually. The only way to keep it on is to set a very low temperature that’s not possible for AC to reach.

When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.
