The Hotel is just under the landing and take-off zone of the planes. Extremelly noisy…better using hears protections if you want to sleep before midnight or after 5am.

The hotel has a reliable shuttle service to and from the airport terminal. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The public spaces were warm when I stayed there in December but the rooms did not have adequate heating.

The hotel's location is close to the airport and offers a free airport shuttle service. Remember to book your departure shuttle with the front desk to avoid any delays. The hotel lobby provides complimentary fruit tea, and there's also a mini convenience store. However, I'd recommend buying any necessities at the airport supermarket before heading to the hotel.

Recently stayed at NH Frankfurt, and it’s an excellent choice for business travelers. The location is ideal—close to major business districts and easily accessible from the airport. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which is a big plus when you’re on a tight schedule.

Top level hotel under all aspects. Breakfast is superb and the room is spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are top-notch. The beds (mattresses) are very comfortable. The night's sleep is good. The sports bar has good food (rump steak), Benedictine wheat beer, and attentive service. The sofa bed in our room was broken. After speaking with the front desk, they kindly upgraded us to a king room free of charge, which was a nice touch.

The front desk staffs, the male staffs are very professional and helpful, but the female staffs are not helpful. I asked for directions and the female staff can reply as 'ask the male staff'. This is the worst Hampton by Hilton I have ever stayed, in terms of service.

I was frustrated to discover that the water supply was shut off from noon to 3 PM for maintenance—something the staff failed to mention at check-in. I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

Overall the hotel is good, with good facilitées. The issue is with the staff with an employee being rude, unpolite, showing agressivity and not respecting privacy. I felt in danger ! I had to raise the case to my lawyer.

We stayed for three nights! We had a great room, we enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel was perfect. We also had dinner one night. Everything was excellent and very comfortable, very clean, I have no complaints. Those arriving by bus should get off at Robert-Bunsen-Straße or the police station, as the correct timetable is not displayed on Maps or the German Rail website.

No air conditioner 6 night on end of June and first week July very hot inside room 38 degrees, if summer time no air conditioner no side ,no booking .

The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. Everything was great except for the reception. The staff weren’t very helpful unless you speak English, which might be a problem for some guests. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a good stay.

Great location near Frankfurt Airport

The first room offered was not clean. But they changed another room for us.

I extended my stay again, and the price-performance ratio was still very high. Since it was my second stay, they even gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the small bar on the first floor. Although I didn't go, it shows the service was very attentive.

Nice room and decor. Staffs are friendly. They have free refill water bottle station on everything floor so it was nice. Longer walk to the train station than I thought so keep that in mind and the street isn’t busy and next to a construction. Next to a plaza mall, easy to grab stuff when needed. The room was tiny. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed right next to each other. Once my luggage was in, there was no space to walk around. It really impacted my experience. The customer service was terrible; I asked for a clothes hanger and never received it, even after three days.

Since my business trip was to Offenbach, and it was conveniently located near my company, I chose this hotel for easy access to transportation with colleagues. Furthermore, there's a large supermarket right next to the hotel, making it easy to buy whatever I need. Highly recommended; a hotel with a rich historical atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by.

The hotel has the facilities but the whole place looks like it got stuck in the early 19th century. The rooms are large and there are some modern cupboards in but the toilets is very old and there are cracked tiles and some dirt around the toilet bowl and the shower. Recently renovated, it’s comfortable and conveniently located in the center of Neu Isenburg and nearby the airport. My room was spacious. The bed is comfortable and this is essential for a good rest. I’m rating four stars and not five because I share other guests perspectives that the room must be equipped with a coffee machine or a kettle at least! I am a ALL member and I appreciate the free drink...

The hotel room was nice, with a kettle, and the bedding was comfortable. The electric towel rack and sock dryer in the bathroom were especially useful. It's close to Central Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was also plentiful; the staff added fried eggs to the meal every day as requested, and they were particularly delicious.
