Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was also very child-friendly, which made breakfast relaxed and enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, a great start to the day.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury...

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

The room is big, and the bed is not a mini bed, which is very good in European business hotels. The hotel breakfast is still as simple and monotonous as before. The environment of the nearby Wiesbaden Health Park is very good!

The room was clean and tidy, and was cleaned every other day. However, the cleaning staff sometimes only gave one bath towel, and the water in the refrigerator was not kept. This hotel is about 1.2 km from the nearest subway station. There aren't many restaurants around. It's not very suitable if you have a lot of luggage. It's also quite a distance from Frankfurt City. The location is quite isolated to be honest, you literally have to calculate the bus waiting time before starting off your day.

It's pretty good. The location is convenient for exhibitions, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with restaurants directly across the street.

Room are large, bed is ok, but still a nice hotel and bar, staff are very friendly and supportive. Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting.

I really liked the lounge area, and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean, although a bit to hot during the night. We can open the window, but there is a busy street nearby. Maybe the heating can be turned down a bit, I'm not sure. Anyway, a good place that I can recommend.

I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro... It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay. The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Did the job I needed. 👍🏽 One night layover between flights. Arrival early evening. Departure first thing. Free airport shuttle saved around 50 EUR return. Check in was smooth (self-service). It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Bad Red Castle is located near Frankfurt. It takes more than 20 minutes to drive from the airport. It is about a kilometer walk from the hotel to the light rail station. Clean room/gentleman that worked at the bar in the evening was great/breakfast options were awesome. Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening). Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay.
