You can see the sign immediately to the right after leaving the station. It's very reassuring for arriving passengers with suitcases. The tram leaves right in front of it. I was impressed by the very efficient layout. However, since it's in front of the station, there is some noise! ​​There is no air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window, so it was a little hot.

The room is OK, but there is no parking space, which is very troublesome

The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. Bad Red Castle is located near Frankfurt. It takes more than 20 minutes to drive from the airport. It is about a kilometer walk from the hotel to the light rail station. Clean room/gentleman that worked at the bar in the evening was great/breakfast options were awesome. Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening). Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay.

A small, quaint hotel that is more pragmatic than luxurious. I definitely enjoyed the staff and service, they were the best part. Overall, it a pleasant stay for a short visit.

The staff were friendly and polite. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is fairly convenient. There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities, but not many restaurants are nearby. The hotel room and toilet were small, and the room became even smaller after unpacking. The lighting was dim, but the price was reasonable, so overall I was satisfied. 👍🏽

Rooms are like other ibis around the world. Breakfast is really good, I love the waffle machine. But the top of this hotel is the lobby bar : nice atmosphere, complete menu and the best barman - Daniel. He is very friendly and attentive, no matter how many guests are in the bar. The rooms were small but the location is great. Staff were friendly and there is a convenient Hotel bar just downstairs. No complaints really, I wanted something budget and this fit the billing.

The room was tiny but clean and decorative. We had a full size bed and two people in the room. The bathroom was ultra small and you needed to walk sideways to fit. The staff was great! Clean and fun environment. Fresh flavored water was in the lobby. The room already had the sofa bed set up which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was beautiful and tasty and included multiple and quality options. Very close to near by restaurants and airport. Taxis waiting right outside. I do wish there was a shuttle to the airport included with the stay.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury...

All the staff from check in to breakfast (which was delicious by the way) to housekeeping were professional, welcoming and friendly. Annika was proactive in reaching out through message even before our arrival. Lara and the bell hopper were excellent in greeting us and explaining everything during our check in. A brief return stay in one of the hotel's opera suites. The room still remains one of the better ones but sadly showed considerable wear and tear. Furniture scratched throughout, veneer peeling and TV cabinet wouldn't stay open. Some more maintenance and it could be back to its initial state in no time. The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.

It's quite close to the station, just a few minutes' walk. In the mornings, there are usually plenty of taxis waiting outside, so it's easy to just grab one straight to the airport. The room was also very quiet, which was great.

If u have luggage to pull along, it is not recommended to walk from the airport Terminal 1. Best to either take uber or the city trains. Good location for a proper night rest for those catching early flights or trains due to its proximity to airport and train station.

The price was great on the day I checked in. It felt very much like a five-star hotel back home in every aspect, and it's also very close to the Main River.

Check-in/out was quick except that hotel expect an upfront payment of €40 should you require early checkin, and checkin time was rather late at 4 pm which is much later than most other hotels! Wonder why?? Quiet surroundings and walkable from the railway station and to downtown. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Downstairs at the reception area was all clean, also the toilets downstairs were very clean. Only downside was, that the room was a bit old (stains on the walls, etc) but I think it’s usual for a hostel . Found some hairs in the bed. Also had to make the 3rd bed ourselves.

Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

It is okay to drink a beer and eat something. From my former stays I know that the rooms are small but everything is tidy.

The price seems to me now, but Alternatives in Darmstadt, Germany, there are hardly any.
