This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

The shuttle bus runs every half an hour, and you can catch it at Gate 6 when you exit the airport. My room window faced a blooming cherry blossom tree. The breakfast was good, and they also offered à la carte dinner options. The burger was delicious, which was convenient so we didn't have to go out late at night.

The Hotel is just under the landing and take-off zone of the planes. Extremelly noisy…better using hears protections if you want to sleep before midnight or after 5am.

The hotel has a reliable shuttle service to and from the airport terminal. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The public spaces were warm when I stayed there in December but the rooms did not have adequate heating.

The first room offered was not clean. But they changed another room for us.

I extended my stay again, and the price-performance ratio was still very high. Since it was my second stay, they even gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the small bar on the first floor. Although I didn't go, it shows the service was very attentive.

Nice room and decor. Staffs are friendly. They have free refill water bottle station on everything floor so it was nice. Great hotel in very central location. Excellent service and great stylish rooms. There are many reviews complaining about the surrounding area, that is central Frankfurt for you so you need to expect it. Frankfurt always feels safe so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Hello, We generally liked the hotel, however, there was a party/event taking place in the ground floor or basement. We heard loud bass music continuously until 5:30 a.m. (!) in our room on the 5th floor. This greatly disrupted our stay. Best regards, Holger Kraus

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

This is considered a relatively good hotel for the area. There are parks and universities nearby, and you can walk along the Fairy Tale Trail. The area isn't large; you can basically explore it on foot. There are no Uber or similar services in town, only taxis, and the wait is very slow. The Hotel has a great breakfast buffet with a lot of different fruit, cereal, bread and topping. The beds are super comfortable, the towels super soft. I enjoyed the hot shower anD a good night sleep after a day of exploring the historic city of Marburg.

The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water. The breakfasts are average. This is the worst hotel in this chain that I've been to.
