The staff were friendly and polite. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is fairly convenient. There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities, but not many restaurants are nearby. The hotel room and toilet were small, and the room became even smaller after unpacking. The lighting was dim, but the price was reasonable, so overall I was satisfied. 👍🏽

Excellent value for money and within walking distance of the train station.

Rooms are like other ibis around the world. Breakfast is really good, I love the waffle machine. But the top of this hotel is the lobby bar : nice atmosphere, complete menu and the best barman - Daniel. He is very friendly and attentive, no matter how many guests are in the bar. He suggests us the local beer, and something do eat. Well done Daniel !

The rooms were small but the location is great. Staff were friendly and there is a convenient Hotel bar just downstairs. No complaints really, I wanted something budget and this fit the billing.

The room was tiny but clean and decorative. We had a full size bed and two people in the room. The bathroom was ultra small and you needed to walk sideways to fit. The staff was great! Breakfast was good. The location was nice. It’s not far from the underground/train station. Bus station close by. Next to the river so very beautiful for the sunrises.

The location was not my preference. No direct train to the hotel from airport but no issue going to centre by train. Some shopping around the hotel but mostly offices. The other Moxy Centre has direct train to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are around the hotel.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!

The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

We arrived very early after an overnight flight. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. All of our needs were met and the hotel is in a lovely part of town. We will definitely stay here when passing through Frankfurt again.

There's a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but you might have to wait a bit. The front desk was great; even though check-in isn't until 3 PM, I told them I was exhausted after a 12-hour flight, and they managed to check me in. Thumbs up!

I needed to stay here due to flight delays. They worked well with the airline to make sure I had everything I needed. A strictly business hotel in Bad Vilbel, about 30 minutes outside of Frankfurt. We stayed here for our office event for 3 days and everything was pretty well organized and on point. The food though leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are friendly and cooperative and the location is well connected to the city even through public transport, but there isn't much to do nearby.

We absolutely loved it! We arrived late by plane from Thailand, so this was perfect for us. We were able to grab some dinner and then quickly get to bed. Breakfast the next morning was also okay! This made our journey home much less stressful!

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. We found the hotel to be quite far out of town, however the tram was quite close to the hotel. There were not enough plug points in the room to charge devices. I think this is a good hotel for corporate guests going to the Messe.

The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water. The breakfasts are average. This is the worst hotel in this chain that I've been to.

The hotel itself is no issue but the location is! It’s right in the heart of the red light district and from the main train station, you walk through very sleazy streets to reach the hotel! I wished I read properly before booking! Nonetheless, the staff were great and the breakfast spread was good, minus the very rude plump male chef.

The room is medium-sized in Germany, and it is relatively close to the city of Frankfurt. It is a hotel I often choose. The breakfast is also good, and it is rare to have air conditioning!

The hotel environment was nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, the receptionist checked us in quickly, the butler service was attentive, and we were given a quiet room. If we had any questions, we could contact the front desk and they responded very quickly.

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others.

Perfect weekend getaway for couples. Magnificent royal hunting lodge turned museum and hotel. Quiet at night. Never crowded. Definitely eat at the Kavalierbau Restaurant on the grounds: rich selection of seasonal foods including lots of game and vegetarian options. All were delicious. Limited but good wine options.

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

It was the first hotel I have encoutered that did not have any dust on anything. I usually wipe the surface of inside of the wardrobes before I use them. There was nothing. So out of curiosity I went almost every surface. And they came out all dust free. So cleanliness of this hotel impressed me. Breakfast buffet was great. Friendly and helpful service. Overall amazing value for what you pay.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have an easy access to the train station or tram lines. Very nice and helpful staff, did not try the food but there is a small kiosk and cafe next door. Also the around the corner Chinese restaurant was good. The room is pretty basic but nice and clean. My only complain is the shower. I don't like "shower closets".
