The neigbourhood isn't the best you can stay, but once you are inside the hotel is fine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service is very friendly, doors are open 24/7, it's near to the station, city centre and Frankfurter Messe. You can book breakfast but you need to go across the street to antother hotel to enjoy it.

Location is the best. From train station to hotel nearly 500 meters. But the inside there isn’t any shampoo and other utilities.

Comfortable, beautiful, modern Had a lovely stay. The hotel was quiet even though there were many people. My room had a little balcony and I could sleep with the door open and get fresh air without it being noisy outside. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean and modern. The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. Having done a 9hour drive we wanted a bed for the night and something to eat and a glass of wine to unwind, so I booked 3 hours before arrival whilst in the car. what ******* does not mention is the restaurant and bar is shut on the weekend, so ended up with a local takeaway, that was shocking. A huge hotel recently built. Very clean and great accommodation. My only issue is their surprising lack of handicap parking. Everything else was fabulous.

We had trouble checking in and the receptionist ran our credit card 3 times before finally figuring out that she kept canceling the transaction. She was apologetic in the end but in the moment it was stressful. The hotel itself is a strange set up and reminded me more of dormitories than a proper hotel. One of the best hotels I visited. I had a lovely room. Eventhought I am tall and the ceiling was lower in the 3rd floor I myself quite enjoy the overnight stay. Breakfast was really yummy. :)

I made a mistake in the room due to my own reasons and asked the front desk to change the room. I didn't expect that they would agree immediately and there was no extra charge. This is unimaginable in China. There is a convenience store outside the hotel for shopping.

The service was very good, and the price of around 500 RMB was quite reasonable. It's very close to the subway station, and the neighborhood is safe. You can even cook in the room. The only drawback is that the bathroom floor doesn't have a drain, so water gets everywhere after showering.

We got an awesome deal on this place likely because its under construction at the moment. The room was brand new though and well equipped with a fan and a mini kitchen so we could even cook a meal on a sunday. Bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest. Bed sheets had stains. No drinks in the room. Beds were comfortable. Parking near the accommodation was difficult.

Very friendly I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option. When I checked in, I was told to just use the twin room. I was grateful for the towel dryer and tissue paper in the shower room.
