Stayed there on a weekend. No spa staff at all. Massages offered but when we got there we were told the massage person went on vacation so, so sorry. Here's an idea, hire someone to fill in. I have never heard about relaxa hotel before but given the high rating on booking I decided to give it a try. The rate in booking was lower than the one I was told on the phone when I called the hotel . The room was spacious and very clean . The bed mattress hard as I like and very comfortable duvet. Hotel was nice and clean. Even though it was far from 4* I enjoyed the short stay and had a good sleep. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a real highlight. Only downfall was the bar closing too soon to my liking. Location was great because it was 5m walk from work.

It was the first hotel I have encoutered that did not have any dust on anything. I usually wipe the surface of inside of the wardrobes before I use them. There was nothing. So out of curiosity I went almost every surface. And they came out all dust free. So cleanliness of this hotel impressed me. Breakfast buffet was great. Friendly and helpful service. A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.

Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! We arrived from Florida, and the first thing we noticed when we walked into the receptions was a very welcome attitude. We ordered amazing drinks served by Leon through out our stay!! Carlos made the best old fashion!! Highly recommend!! Sina and Sami were truly amazing too!

This was our 3rd stay. The Owners work so hard to achieve perfection and they over succeed. All staff are brilliant. Awesome food, service, bedrooms are very comfortable with everything provided. Our home away from home. The staff is attentive, the property is sparkling clean and the food is always amazing from the lamb chops, to the salmon, to the salads, it’s all perfectly prepared and plated. The property sits in a quiet cul de sac in a neighborhood in Bublingshausen, but is a quick walk or bus ride to downtown Wetzlar.

I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.

Really charming. Despite being built in 1540 (!) it’s got the modern things you want - strong wifi, lots of hot water and great water pressure. Service was great.
