It’s not a perfect hotel but offers a a perfect price/value ratio. My room was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The receptionist was very professional and kind as well. Location is very central, near main train station and also the city center with many cafes and restaurants.

Everything was fine except for the bathroom extractor fan, which was very dirty.

Fantastic location. Fantastic service. The rooms are two decades dated and there's no A/C. We had a short stop in Bonn for Tomorrowland and this places was perfect for what we needed it for.

Very attentive and helpful staff!

Nicely located in the heart of the old town.

The tram might not be so pleasant for noise-sensitive guests.

Loading and unloading luggage is a bit tricky, but the staff is very helpful.

The price-performance ratio is perfectly fine.

Hotel Europa truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were outstanding — Mr. Pierre Richter, Mr. Farched, and Mr. Oleg were especially professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They made everything easy for me, from handling my bookings to assisting with documents I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Location is superb 👌
Room furniture a bit old.
Really noisy but not hotel's fault due to city center, maybe if air conditioning is available it will help reduce the noise in summer.

The hotel is well located, but there are some problems with customer service. The staff on one shift don't seem to communicate well with the staff on the other. I had a problem with the shower head, it was simply stuck and came off when I went to take a shower late at night. I informed the receptionist on duty and the next day I had to leave early and came back late, but the situation remained the same. When I asked the same receptionist on duty, he simply told me that he had been notified, but that he didn't know why the repairs hadn't been made. The hotel is well computerized and works with electronic keys and tags to activate the doors, but the process of enabling the tags (or numbers) is sometimes slow.

Decent location, not too far from the train station. Rooms were a little small (our bathroom was very small). Staff were great and it was a pleasant stay.

Went with mum for business. They put us up here. On surveying reviews, I noted I wouldn't choose to stay here myself. Room was very old as was bathroom but clean. Could hear the tram as if it was inside the room. Around 9.30/10pm on a Wednesday night, we heard aggressive men outside our door/on the corridor of our floor. Fighting/yelling (?drunk). We were afraid they would bash into our room. We waited. Heard a woman. She informed us later that the men were in their underwear in a physical fight in the corridor. There was also a female. Hotel staff eventually arrived and asked them to leave. The men had broken the room door (nearly next door to us). The police were not called by the hotel to deal with this matter - we felt extremely unsafe. Evident this is not the first time this sort of activity has taken place in the hotel. We chose to leave earlier than planned. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour - especially when the staff the next morning pretended this did not take place.
