The hotel staff was polite, helpful and they are 24/7.
The location is perfect, especially if you stop to fly from Köln airport, it's just 3.50€ from Köln hbf.
The rooms were clean and fully functional, but as others say, the furniture and carpet are dated.
The only advantage of this hotel (if we can use word hotel for this establishment) was its location. It was in the city center near Central station.
If you are planning to stay in Cologne, I don't recommend this place.
The room is clean and tidy.
The front desk can speak both Deutsch and English.
The price is reasonable.
Nothing to complain.
