I had to cancel my reservation because I could not get a visa. Thank you for being very helpful during the cancellation process. I will stay in this hotel when I get my visa.

Excellent small Hotel, offering good service , very clean rooms and easy check in and check out. Everyone was very pleasant. Mattress was a bit hard for me but room had everything I wanted. 5 Min walk to Rewe supermarket and Esso petroleum station 100M away

Excellent value and great accommodation. Extremely easy and accessible check in. We arrived 9pm at night, reception was closed so they left a note and the key in a box. Really convenient. Clean, comfy accommodation with large bathroom, fridge and plenty of storage space. Petrol station small supermarket across the road

What wonderful clean hotel. We arrived on touring bicycles, wet from the rain. We managed one of two rooms remaining. The ladies at reception were very friendly, both spoke English. We had a safe place to park our bikes for the night, no need for locks. The room was on the top floor (no lift), not much of a view, but the room was very clean and comfortable, free Wi-fi with a strong signal. Hotel Kaiserswerth, I have to say serviced the "best" breakfast we had in Germany. A fabulous selection of meat and cheese, or cereals, bread, jams and fresh fruit. Everything was beautifully laid out and replenished often. Thank for a wonderful stay.

It is a very small hotel. But nice and cosy. The lady working at the office was very nice and friendly. For the price and a clean room - it ticks the boxes for me. Even has a mini bar in the room.
