The hotel left a lasting positive impression. The rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of room. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The excellent location is simply unbeatable, right by the trade fair and the Rhine.

This is a nice hotel right on the Rhine river and within walking distance of the conference center. The restaurant is great and the service was top notch. Even with jet lag I couldn't wait for breakfast each morning.

The restaurant was amazing. My room was inside and super small. Only a twin bed and even though I'm 5 feet tall I felt the bed was too small. The walls were really thin because I could hear the neighbors talking and snoring!

Food is good, but they have not much choice and overpriced. It's located 50m from Messe entrance, therefore very practacal for business lunches, but for more than 2 people you rather have to reserve a table upfront.
I'm not happy about the sevice, the personel was rude, unpleasant and forgeting what ordered.
The view is amazing though if you are placed next to thw windows.

Hotel is 4 star for sure - need to be cautious if you are not able to climb stairs as no elevator in this hotel, however staff are excellent, food outstanding, beds super comfortable, location over looking the river is lovely.
