The staff was so nice that he offered change of my room to female only room (my booking was originally mixed dorm)! And luckily there was only 2 people staying for that night even it was a room of 6 beds:)
The room was big enough and clean but the shower was so tiny, I wonder why a shower room could be this tiny. Also, the shower pressure was very low and the water took forever to get warm enough to shower. Even with the low water pressure, the drain was clogged.
There was a hair dryer, which was nice. There was only usb charging on the bed side, but not usb-c or power outlets (they sell usb cable at vending machine next to reception).

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent…right in the city centre. However, there were a few small issues that I hope can be improved. The hairdryer in our room was broken, and my bunk bed did not come with bedsheets or a towel. I had to request them from the front desk (I also noticed that the person in the upper bunk didn’t have any either, but they just slept without them).

First time traveling with friends and staying in a four-people room, it was a nice experience! Room was compact with a double bed, a bunk bed, a table, some chairs, private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linen. The public area around the reception had plenty of working spaces, tables, some games like table football and a designated kids are. Hostel was 15 min from Little Tokyo, good to walk to but also some trams go near the hotel - a bit of walking is required but the area seemedsafe and quiet!

Location is just opposite to train station very easy to reach in the center or Christmas market. Staff is very helpful. Also very clean toilets and washroom machine.

Completely fine for what it is. If you need a place to lay your head for a night or two, it will work out great. Baseline acceptable standards of cleanliness for a hostel can be expected. You will see some dust on furniture, but you’ll also save money. Saving money is all about balance, yin and yang.

Stayed for my business trip. I had luggage issue but the staff helped me to solve.
It was very helpful for me.
Staffs are friendly and facilities are fine.
Fridge in room be nice, though.

I paid 327€ for one night for this second class hotel whereas the room should not cost not more than 80€.
And the guy at the reception in the evening was a young boy offering a nice smell of sweat ! 🤢
The explanation of this scandalous price is the fact that a trade show is taking place !
This is really scandalous. Maybe they got 327€ but do not get a good publicity!
And the bathroom was not clean !

My advice: do not choose such a hotel except if you do not want to pay more than 90€

Centrally located, great value, lively hotel/hostel. Really appreciated their flexibility and appreciation that plans can change and that they work with their guests to provide a great experience. Thank you, would recommend to everyone.

Thanks for a great stay for a group of 12 of us. The family rooms were clean, comfortable and airy with good beds and decent bathrooms. The staff were lovely. Don’t know why this place has only 3.8 stars, it deserves more!
