An interesting hotel concept without a traditional reception – everything is done through a self-service machine where you register for your stay. The check-in process is simple and modern. The hotel has one or two restaurants, and they are quite good – all compliments for the food and service.
The hotel is located across from a gas station. To reach the city center, I recommend taking the tram, although if you enjoy walking it takes about 40 minutes. The location is decent, but it could be a bit better. Overall, a good and practical place to stay.

Pretty bad. I read through the other comments (ranging from a few months to 7 years) and understand their experiences first hand. In trying to make a quick buck, yet another business cuts corners, inappropriately using technology to make life "easier" for their customers. No interaction with real people, a lot of friction in every step. Sigh.
As last words to this post, because I don't want to waste any more time on this is; please refrain from the typical canned, patronising responses to reviews you receive, which I am sure this review will receive.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my I have decided not to stay at your hotel.
Despite my attempts to resolve this matter on-site, my concerns were not addressed. Furthermore, I have made several attempts to contact the hotel by phone, but you remain unreachable.
Since the services provided do not meet the agreed standards and communication has failed, I am requesting an immediate cancellation and a full refund of Bedrag
Please consider this email as formal notice that I will not be using the room due to your failure to provide a suitable solution. If I do not receive a confirmation of my refund within will be forced to escalate this claim through my booking platform and file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.

The room was fine but checkin was impossible. I arrived after midnight and there was absolutely no guidance on how to checkin. There were a couple of others that couldn’t checkin either and they had to book another hotel last minute after midnight due to this. If they would have gotten a proper reception I’d have given 4 stars yet it ended in a unfortunate experience.

My stay there was very good and it was comfortable. The only that I didn’t like was kinda the location because there were many drunk people either from the concert near by or because of halloween.

A hotel without a front desk, very cheap, the front desk requires self-registration, which is more troublesome for older people. You need to register your name, passport and email address by yourself, and then you will receive an email a few minutes later with a digital password to open the door. Then you go to the door of the room and enter the password, and then the door will open, but this password will automatically expire at 11 o'clock the next day! And at 11 o'clock, the cleaning staff will knock on the door and ask you to leave!
