Opposite the hotel there is a sandy beach with a length of 14 km, Blue flag UNESCO. Please note that rooms with sea views, possible noise from the road. Room was so comfy, lush decor and really relaxing. Food was gorgeous. All fantastic and really reasonable, affordable price. Thank you!
A lovely hotel with all the facilities we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service at the beach was also marked by smiles and excellent, friendly service. All in all, a wonderful experience with a high standard from start to finish
The rooms are lovely, very spacious, very modern, air conditioned and comfortable beds. We had a sea view room which was outstanding. Walking up in a morning to the ocean and the most amazing sunrises that we have ever seen.
The pool area is lovely, 2 big pools, plenty of sun beds (never reserved). Great pool bar, there were even inflatables in the pool for the kids to use.
The staff here are all absolutely lovely, they are so friendly and helpful. They can’t do enough for you and always with a smile. They made my youngest son so happy with their kind gestures and friendliness. The bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeepers, receptionist- all fantastic!
A special mention to Angelina, Christos, Stella and Christina - you are all lovely people doing a fantastic job. Thank you so much for making our stay a truly memorable one.
The service and hospitality at Atlantis Beach Hotel are exceptional. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism, making you feel at home.
The sea view rooms provide a picturesque view of the beautiful Cretan sea; however, it’s important to note that these rooms overlook the road separating the hotel from the beach. While the view is still stunning, the presence of the road may be a consideration for those seeking an uninterrupted beachfront experience.
However, while the hotel delivers in many areas, the buffet left something to be desired. For a hotel that carries a 5-star rating, the variety and quality of food offered at the buffet could be improved. Although the meals were generally satisfying, they did not quite meet the high expectations that come with a luxury hotel experience.
Overall, Atlantis Beach Hotel excels in location, service, and hospitality, making it a wonderful choice for a stay in Rethymnon. With some improvements to the dining options and awareness of the sea view room situation, it could fully live up to its 5-star status.
