Cute and quaint boutique hotel. Don’t expect much, but that’s okay, you’re there for the charm, experience and location! My particular room was perfect for 1 person, but would not be comfortable for two - which was fine since I was meeting family after Crete. If you aren’t looking for a lot of bells and whistles, this probably works. Be prepared to roll your luggage down the street! Cars can’t enter...

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Chania. Their recommendations on aight to aee and restaurants to eat at were spot on. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the old town . WEMe even got a room upgrade!

I loved this hotel!!!! It was so cute, staff was really nice and helpful at the front desk.

Excellent location in the old town, you can walk everywhere and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, and with the windows closed at night it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower area could use a refresh, the bathroom is a bit fatigued looking. The television in our room was non-functioning, and the WIFI is very weak. The...

Nice view on the harbor, excellent service, central but quiet, parking tricky as everywhere in the historic centre, but that's solvable in an acceptable timeframe

The Contessa hotel is perfectly located! It's 1 min from the port. Close to the buss station if switching cities. The room is cute and comfortable.

We were two women staying for just one night. We parked closeby and walked to Greco hotel and were received by Anna. The check in was easy and she walked us over to the Boutique hotel. Our key card didn't work, so we had to have her come back and fix that for us but it was easy. Our room was stunning. TALL hand painted ceilings, tall windows, a large bed, armoir, fridge, safe, desk, and large bathroom...

The staff upgraded us to a room with a view for no extra charge (thank you!!). This was the most beautiful room we stayed in during our time in Greece. Beautifully renovated, clean, and within walking distance to the harbor. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely room and beautiful location. Comfortable bed. Shower pressure great. Air con worked. But if you value sleep do not stay here. Very noisy building. When other guests come in the sound echoes. Doors alarming. Guests coming in and out all night. Hard floors means someone walking above sounds like an elephant. Other guests allowed cats in which screamed all night outside the room.

The staff is extremely helpful! Everything was taken care of. I had to switch rooms in middle of my stay as I extended my trip and they moved my stuff from one room to another while I was out so it was a seamless transition. Location is absolutely perfect. Rooms are decent. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice shower. Everything you need is there!
