Where to stay in Chania Town

Amazing little jem with a great and simple atmosphere! The rooms were veryy clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice common areas, and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Private rooms very nicely decorated. Bed sheets could be cleaner though. Supermarket next door. Bit of a walk to old town but manageable. Good value for money

It's a dirty hostel. The smell there was very unpleasant, but it's cheap and convenient. Flies and mosquitos everywhere.

Great hostel. Kumba has a really nice vibe to it, stayed here before, it has a couple of small lounges and extensive external seating. There is even a cafe and a bar. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. It is not one of those hostels adorned with signs everywhere telling you what not to do, it takes good management to achieve this balance. Excellent location!!! Away from the busier and touristy city. Straight walk down the street to the beach/ water. Quieter area that is still walking distance to everything. Nice hostel with organized system and staff. Bathrooms felt dirty with lots of gnats but typical for a shared bathroom hostel. I liked how they had paper towels.
