Location: on the island of Crete in the village of Malia 400 meters from the city center, 30 km from Heraklion international airport.

Consists of 3-storey building. The hotel does not have elevators.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 900 m across the road from the hotel, the third coastline. Umbrellas and deck chairs – extra charge, beach towels are not provided.

honestly can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff, Petros, Adonis and Maria, are so friendly and would always happily help with anything we needed. It’s only a five minute walk from the main strip so perfect for girls/lads holidays. The bar at the hotel is also perfect to start the night out with. Will definitely be going back.

Cancelled my daughter’s accommodation with no reason or apology given and with only one weeks notice. Unacceptable. She had already booked her flight and had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Unreliable. Avoid.

We had a very good time! The appartment was in a good location, close to the strip, beaches and markets. The room was good and the cleaner came and clean it almost everyday! And it had a nice balcony with a good view. The hotel workers (Petros, Maria and Lucy) was the most awesome people and welcoming. They took good care of us :) The atmosphere at the hotell was also very nice, every evening everyone gathered at the hotell bar and socialised and had a good time and made good memories. The barbique was my favorite. Will be visiting this place for sure next time i arrive at Malia, Crete. Hopefully next summer :) The only minus and bad thing i have to say about the appartment was when we had to leave home :D Thank you!

What a lovely place! We were there 2weeks with friends, not too far from the beach and the malia strip is pretty close too. the staff were super nice and we got food and drinks whenever we wanted, and the pool was allways nice and clean. Will be visiting next year for sure 10/10 #Petrosspecial

Had a nice holiday room was very clean not far from the town centre Marie was very nice and welcoming with us clubs and pubs are very near to you shops are near to you lovely food on hand very welcoming when you arrive

The welcome from the staff was a good sign to begin with, the rooms were also just as exquisite. The pool bar was the highlight of our stay, where we enjoyed sour coctails and the company from the bartender!

Dirty, cleaning is not done daily and the garbage is not picked up. The mattress is dirty!! In the evening there is a lot of noise from the bar. If you want to rest, I do not recommend this accommodation. Only the green spaces are well maintained.

Quiet (after the season finished!) little studio apartments, superbly run by Maria and her son. Rooms are basic, but cleaned every other day, fresh sheets, towels, etc, and the pool area is absolutely ideal with more than enough sun loungers. We visited just after the summer season as we had a baby with us and Maria was so kind and helpful, arranging a travel cot for us, and helping to spoil our little one rotten on her first ever holiday abroad. 7 minutes easy stroll to a sandy beach, 10 mins easy stroll into town where you have “old malia” with the classic windy cobbled streets and tavernas or the “strip” with the nightclubs and bars on the other side of the town.
