Had a nice 3 day stay at Icandy Sol. Owner is very friendly and helpful. My room was good value for money, and had everything I needed.

The pool area, although small, is nice if you want to relax and cool down a bit. The fence provides privacy from people walking on the street.

It is a small walk (1km) to the beach, but its close to the old town if you want a more authentic greek dinner. The pub street is just around the corner, but just far enough away to avoid any noise.

The balcony was a bit close to the next room if you both wanted to use it at the same time. I just used it to dry clothes anyway, so not an issue for me.

A good hotel with very good hosts! Close to the old village of Malia and also close to the sea!!! Clean place and very friendly service! Definitely worth its price and value!!

I had an amazing time in Malia and loved staying at I Candy Sol. Koula was an excellent host and made sure I was always looked after, providing me with very generous cooked breakfasts and always made sure I was happy with everything. My room was always nice and clean and the location is ideal as it is right next to all the shops, pubs and restaurants with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I will definitely be back again!

Koula is amazing... She is the new owner of the hotel since this year.... She knows was hospitality is! Know everyone by name (even from some of the People walking by from other hotels!. She is making a lot of improvements on the hotel... Like renovations on the bath rooms and fences for more privacy at the pool. And more to come!

Had a lovely stay at Icandy Sol.
It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
Specially the new owner of the hotel!
New furniture and everything is nice and fresh.
Koula is always happy to give you the best information to make your stay unforgettable.
The hotel is a walk away from everything and specially from the very nice old center where you can have a great and traditional Greek meal. Supermarket is around the corner and
the beach is very easy to reach with a little walk.
The rooms are very nice and very clean! And there is a good breakfast with a nice variation.
I recommend this hotel 100% and I would advice to book you’re holidays at this hotel to have a nice stay in 2025. Keep going with the good job Koula!! 🫶🏼

Hi Koula
Koula is the new owner now she is amazing. You have everything on your doorstep, lovely pool area, room are beautiful. And Koula is the brilliant owner and host. Plus food is very good. About 20 steps from the hotel you’re on the main road with all the restaurants and bars and supermarkets. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the beach. I would 100% recommend this hotel. See you soon in May can’t wait. Xxxx

When we arrived the room was not clean, sheets with stains. The towels had stains. The shower was full of sand and the toilet, not to mention it. We moved the beds and found used paper and other things. Impossible to sleep because people were partying in the hotel while there were plenty of bars next door.
