On the Rocks in Paleochora

We stayed here for two nights. It has a good location and easily spotted from the promenade. Very handy for the ferry service. We had a room on the first floor which whilst small was not as tiny as some of the reviews suggested. It was clean and comfortable. Whilst everyone we met on the staff side were pleasant there was no real warmth from any of them. It is a contrast to many other Greeks we met in the hospitality services. Breakfast was fine, choice of fruit, Greek yoghurt with walnuts, dates, prunes, chia seeds. Eggs and bacon plus boiled eggs are offered. Orange juice is not good, cheap concentrate. Water is available plus "ok" tea and coffee. I wouldn't choose to stay here again although nothing to complain about.
