A great affordable hotel. Communication for self check-in due to late arrival worked well.

The standard room was clean and spacious. Really good and working air conditioning. The sea views from the balcony were great!

Only negative thing was shower in the room. Hard to use and low pressure.

I warmly recommend the hotel.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’ve been there with my family and it is ideal if you want to relax as it is located in a quiet area and 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. I would happily visit this hotel again !

I stayed at Galaxy Hotel Apartments with my partner and we found it to be great budget friendly stay, while we explored the incredible island of Crete. We thought it offered good value for money and convenient location close to main road with bus connections. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Having realistic expectations from a value hotel, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time in Crete.

Great location close to public transport. Lovely pool. Staff were helpful. Only 1 room had Aircon, some fans for the other bedroom would have been helpful. Great value for the price.

Residence with a man at the reception who doesn't speak English, ne other languages. Dirty room from the arrival with a lot of furs and hairs on the floor. Air conditioner not usable as malodourus, little water at the taps in the bathroom, open shower at the end flooded floor. Never carried out daily cleaning just emptying the bin. Residence impractical, very bad experience.

very good hospitality! The most important thing is that the staff was very kind and helpful in everything we needed and the room was very clean. Also the location is ideal for summer because it is nearby to the sea and a little far of the city center but at a very close distance

Excellent accommodation, the service was fabulous and all we wanted. The pool was huge and our family had a wonderful time!! Definitely going back this year!!

Fair for its price, but standard is pretty low. Wifi wasn't working, bathroom was unpleasant, beds uncomfortable and so on. At least apartment itself was pretty bit with two balconies.
