Arrived very late and reception was closed but rang the phone number and manager arrived to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. Staying at the resort was excellent, and the service was on point. The food was great, but staying by the pool and getting served drinks was a whole experience. The bartenders love what they do and would even recommend you their favorite drinks to make and adjust it to your taste. Simply amazing!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. we where here 14 days, with kids, super good hotel, good food, good pool, of course it is a place where families with kids go, so expect happy kids playing in the pool. it was VERY hot in the room, but AC is available at 7.5Euro extra cost pr day, we did that, and it was a life saver,

We have enjoyed our stay at Kallitsakis Beach Hotel. Great apartment with its own bedroom. The bed was good. A quiet hotel located right by the city center and right by the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. This was my second visit there and I would love to come back again.

We are leaving tomorrow and will be sad because we have had a fabulous time. The receptionists, owner and cleaners are all excellent, spotless apartments and nothing too much trouble. The position is perfect, lots of restaurants around and sea within view. We came last year and still as lovely. Cannot fault this accommodation in any way. You are left in peace but help is only a second away.

Nice, comfortable apartment. The beds are wonderful, the cleaning is great and all employees are very friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet, clean and equipped with sunbeds with parasols. The beach is at the end of the path, 50 meters away and the cozy center with shops, bars and restaurants around the corner. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend this accommodation!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the little pool and easy access to beach and restaurants as well as the on-site parking. Breakfast was tasty and the service was lovely. The only thing I would mention is that our sink was clogged but repaired a few days into our stay.

The restaurants head waiter is very kind and polite. As we arrived midnight after 15h travel, we did not have any toilet paper until next day. Luckily we survived. Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops all along the main road, and a short walk to the beach with sunbeds and shades. Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed for free on the day we were leaving ‘till 6:30 in the evening. George arranged transfer to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is great, SO close to Golden Beach, also walking distance from other beaches and beach kiosks. A wonderful hotel! This was our second year in a row there and we already booked the same room for next year :) Super close to a great beach, excellent restaurants nearby by foot and of course even more by car. Also multiple supermarkets within walking distance and quick access to the city center by bus if you need it.

Charming, family-run accommodation with a nice pool, and an incredibly friendly and helpful host in Andreas. Very close to a lovely beach (you can borrow parasols, beach chairs), quiet at night, and on a bus route which can take you east into Chania town, or west to visit other beaches.

Staff was amazing. Beach across the street, another a short walk up the hill. 10 euro taxi ride to Chaina. 45 minutes to Kissamos, do a private charter to Balos. Food was very good. Friendly staff at breakfast and dinner. Very local feel.

The staff is very friendly and always helped me with my requests. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania. The are so many options to take any activity or tour from this hotel, in good prices. Excellent room cleanliness, beautiful view from our room and very comfortable bed.
