Great stay
We had a great week in this hotel, nothing to complain about for the price. Nice and affordable hotel with friendly service, close to the beach and good resturants. Bustops nearby with great connections to downtown Chania.

Spotlessly clean, very quiet and well maintained grounds & pool area. Helpful & friendly owner. Great location for beach, transport, lovely places to eat & local supermarkets.
Bedroom was a decent size, well furnished with a very comfortable bed. A safe, fridge & kettle were provided & the balcony was a good size.
Only slight negative would be that, although the air conditioning in the bedroom was efficient I was unable to change the temp setting as desired

Just had 2 weeks at Hotel Kyriaki with Joseph and his team, its such a lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms. The pool area and gardens are so beautiful, and there's 3 great beaches very close by too with bars and sunbeds. Take a snorkel, there's loads of fish and its very safe with good lifeguards and showers. Chania is an easy bus ride away, great place to go. Loads of restaurants and shops, there's a very good restaurant by hotel called Sterna as well. Piranha bar on the beach does good food and cocktails. This place is nice and quiet, a lovely owner. Its perfect, can't wait to go back.

Love this hotel, it's simple and beautiful. The owner is the nicest man you could meet. The pool area is perfect to spend the day lounging around, with a shallow area for kids. Our rooms are nice and cool, hardly need air-conditioning on at all. There's a great restaurant really near by called Sterna and several bars that do food/drinks on the beach. The beach is amazing, there's great snorkeling. Surf some days and lots of sun beds for hire. Chania is close by on the bus, loads of great shops and restaurants. We love it and we will be back for sure

This "hotel" personal consisted of only one old man who tried to serve as a breakfast cook and a receptionist with poor results in both. Outside cleaner visited the place by day. More alleycats than customers. Rooms ok. Resturant and bar closed, no reception if the host wasn't at the premises. We were only customers at the breakfast which was prepared late and often incompete as the old host forgot the only cheese slice and so on. Surroundings messy. Intenet pictures of this "hotel" colored. Pool ok, but the filtersystem often closed. Avoid.

Absolutely lovely quaint hotel, the staff were all very nice friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The beds were surprisingly comfy and got a good quality nights sleep each night. Room was cleaned daily. The pool was very well maintained. The hotel location is great as-well only 3 minutes from the beach and and either a 45 minute walk from Chania harbour or a €10 taxi. Overall would very much recommend was a perfect place for a quite week get away.

Very nice and cozy hotel with very friendly owners, Iosef, was very helpful and we had a great time. Nice vegetation with palms and grass and a nice swimming pool. Short walk to the beach , I recommend staying at the left side on the beach near the stones/rocks - better water quality there. The water gets less clear the closer you get to Chania city. There was also a newly opened beach club with «sofas» instead of sunbeds, very nice spot but that’s where the water is not 100% perfect . So sit there but walk 3 min to the left to swim :) The hotel also has very cozy cats. If you want to pet them some of them likes it , the others just goes away so they are not intrusive or anything like that.

5 minutes from the beach. 6 minute bus ride or a 40 minute Wallin along the beach to get to Chania Old Town - location was great for us.
