We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Roc Resort! We now know why people keep coming back. The staff are all great and there is superb Al a carte restaurants to choose from.

The cocktail menu was limited and the standard of cocktails being poor often being given drinks half filled or not made well, which made them undrinkable Most of the al a carte restaurant we ate in where great, however we found booking these difficult

I should start by saying that this is a five star all inclusive resort on a remote island in Greece and not in London or any big city

The food, coffee, cocktails, and more are of better quality and in a quiet environment. The room, the setting, the service, the housekeeping, the restaurants, the games, and the evening entertainment are extraordinary

Beautiful rooms with stunning sea views, excellent food, and private beach access. The dining was a highlight in itself. Every meal was a pleasure — carefully crafted, deeply flavourful, and served with genuine care

The same can be said for every corner of the resort. Whether we were at the reception or the restaurant, relaxing at the bar, or indulging in a treatment at the Kepos SPA, the level of service never wavered

Just perfect! To move within the hotel all is well organised, the restaurants are amazing and we had a couple of special dinner the occurred during our stayed! Really upscale! The kids also loved it and were very well taken care

? The residents club offers all inclusive. Verve champagne is the house champagne which is something we can all get used too. Above all, as always with the Greeks. It’s natural to be engaging and enthralling

The collection suites are beautifully finished in neutral colours with a generous balcony and stunning views across the bay. Stunning tasty dishes and who doesn’t love a Greek Salad

After a transfer from the hotel through amazing views you finally arrive to the hotel. We stayed in one of the collection rooms with a private pool

Lovely hotel placed one beautiful beach with great view, The hotel have two main pools and another one in the spa, three restaurants (Greek, Italian and the last one I don't remember), The Entertainment team is amazing there is a unique show every day in the evening along with activities during the day for kids and adults

I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel last year. I have to thank the staff! The restaurant manager and the bar manager, Barbarossa, were very friendly, and it was hard to say goodbye to them

I remember this vacation as one of the best! The food was delicious, the sea was only about 20 meters from my room, and the pool activities provided great entertainment

When we checked in at the front desk ,I have asked what we need to know ,time for restaurant bars,swimming pool ,booking for the meal

Big shout to IANIS RESTAURANT MANAGER very professional and knowledgeable, and Ianis jnr,you are amazing people and you really made us feel welcomed,please do train the rest of the staff about customer service,everyoane except the FOOD &BEVERAGES department, people at the bar were also very nice

Italian or Greek We were told that we can to come a day before and we will be ok,not the case ,they said that they are overbooked and we can't book for the Italian or Greek restaurant ,the lady showed me a piece of paper saying that you need to book it straight away like 1st or2nd day of your staying

Varied all inclusive food and drinks (we usually get bored of all inclusive food after a week, but during the 11 day holiday here we didn’t)

I always read reviews before I book a holiday, so I was very much reliant on other people’s opinions before booking this hotel for an all inclusive 10 day break in October

Despite the hotel still being open for the final week, some foods started reducing / lowering quality at all inclusive, nightly shows stopped, kids club closed, there were more maintenance workers around seeming to prepare for closure

The reason for writing it while I am still here is twofold:- 1 - I am going to be far too busy when I get home to think about it 2 - I can give a much more thorough review if everything is still in front of me so to speak My opinion, and let’s face it, that is all you have on here, is that a lot of the enjoyment of a holiday is down to the people that you end up holidaying with

Thankfully, all the customers and the staff have been very pleasant to be around (I am not a whinging type btw) Now for the hotel itself. Clean, spacious, loads to do for children from walking age up to 15/16

Beyond that, unless you have a teenager that loves sitting in the Sun all day or joins in at the waterpark/football with the youngsters then it could be a challenge

The drinks were nice and a lot of choice the lager was good quality and tasted proper, however it would have been better if bottles of water were available as only 2 provided in the room and if you wanted more you’d have to purchase them yourself Room - the room we had was quite outdated but had everything you need and the bed was comfy just could do with a bit more decoration Sickness- unfortunately...

The bar staff at the pool were very friendly but it wasn’t until we saw that they empty the drinks onto the grass and put in a bin bag and then just wash them out with water and re-use them for the next customers etc which isn’t pleasant

Lovely beaches and lovely places to eat out that are only 20/30 minutes walk from the hotel. We explored falaraki night life that was amazing and lots of bars and restaurants - plenty of choice

The staff in the restaurant were always polite and smiling. The entertainment was excellent, the team worked really hard everyday. Pools are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds around

The restaurant had a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner but a few times food was cold but didn’t affect us too much and other days were lovely

Big shout-out to Eliot, Roxana and Josephine who looked after my daughter and kept her busy with games, swimming and competitions. Truly grateful. See you all next year.

We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8

Staff were lovely, clean and restaurant option's are great. Pool lounger allocation was difficult but everything else was great.

Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured

We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay

Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best

Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

Dining/restaurant staff were AMAZING especially the waiters, and the head waiter. The boys working the bar were very friendly

We had a wonderful two weeks here, the staff were very nice and friendly. In the evening at the bar, the barMichalis and Jivka served us delicious drinks. I would recommend this experience to others. :)

Downloaded Hotel app before we left Canada but unable to book restaurants 7 days in advance of arrival. Also the buffet food was underwhelming at times. Also allowing smoking was annoying

Trip to Agreco farm was wonderful and so was the food. Staff were fantastic at the resort. Didn’t like the restaurant booking system

The white was just an out of this world experience for all the senses, the Asian restaurant had incredibly fresh food and was so delicious and the lobsteria with its set menu was also such an amazing experience with great food right next to the ocean

This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special

We had a lovely week at this hotel. Some excellent dining options, our highlights were the Asian restaurant and Agreco farm dinner. Hotel staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any enquires

Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. The food was delicious and varied, with four different themed evenings

Not much locally around if you like a walk round a resort but a bus or short taxi ride into either Mastichari or Marmari is easy enough

The beautiful sandy beach with bar and toilets is a short walk with free sun beds for Gaia Palace guests

Overall good value and hopefully we will be returning next year

We got the ‘All Inclusive’ deal but that was a scam…… it definitely is NOT All Inclusive! Only certain drinks were included. 5 restaurants but you only have access to a buffet

Honestly the most beautiful and friendlist hotel i have ever been to. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to be able to eat anything but the restaurant had left us a meal with bread and fruit plate

We made some wonderful German friends. My husband had 3 treatments in the spa, i had a lovely facial on friday

Wendy and Katerina were amazing ( now facebook friends) We will be back thats for sure, we didn't even go off site we were too happy wandering around, although i will miss my cat i called Bobbin

It was hard to say goodbye yesterday. Always on the wall outside the main buffet restaurant and the bar outside with a bent ear. Have a great rest, roll on 2026!! Well done to all the staff, they all work incredibly hard

Great resort, very relaxing, friendly and peaceful overall. The spa is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Overall is a great experience, this was my third time returning and would definitely come back.

Great hotel regarding price-performance ratio. Clean and good food. However it’s definitely not 5 star hotel, 4 star at most. No nice beach close to hotel, but there is variety of pools to choose from.

The dinners were also great, I especially enjoyed the salad bar and the freshly prepared main courses. The service at both meals was friendly and helpful

We are currently resting here. With children, the best vacation is only here. Food is at the highest level, many thanks to the chef, who cares about his guests and wants everyone to be satisfied

The service from checking in through to checking out has been excellent. We enjoyed using the pools, gym and spa facilities. There was so much choice for everyone

Cocktail menu is extensive - all freshly shaken to order - no premade drinks like you get on a basic all inclusive. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help you

We spent four nights as Cooks Club Corfu at the start of April. Nothing out of place, spotlessly clean and modern. It is the most laid back hotel I have ever been to and I have come home fully refreshed

There was a real mixture of ages ( we were far from the oldest) and the music by the pool is very mellow. You order what you want from the app for lunch and dinner - self service at breakfast

When we read there was a DJ at the pool we were concerned that we were far too old to be staying at such a resort and that it was going to be a bit of a party hotel

Room cleaned (very quickly) every day, main toiletries like shampoo and soap provided. The animation team was great during the day and kids' disco night were awesome. NEGATIVES: Paid WiFi in the rooms

It’s very unusual to have this paid, while other hotels nearby offer it for free. Ice-cold swimming pools at this time. Very few people dared to bathe there. The sea was warmer than the pool

The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather

Solid 4* hotel, but not 5* and here few notes: Positive moments: Lots of greenery with plants and trees everywhere, the feeling is like in private mini tropical garden

Proper main buffet, good variety of meals with some Greek specialties at each meal. Sea view from the main restaurant make your breakfast perfect and same for snack bar in the afternoons

The food was really high quality every meal. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pools are nice, especially the one where you can sit at the bar inside the pool

With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay

I have never have perfect holiday like this before i n my life . When I'm in this area feel like 1 stop shop Staff very friendly I'm in love with this paradise

The service was exceptionally warm, and the hotel included all-day dining, which was quite good. The room might have been a tad small, though. And Zakynthos is just beautiful!

A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort

The accommodation, the beach and the food were fine, but that's it. The hotel didn't seem prepared for rainy weather. Since our room was outside the main building, we got wet every time we went to the restaurants

The smell of sewage is very bad all round hotel and as walk back from the town you can smell the hotel !!! Very off putting We had raw sewage in our room could of been dealt with much better eventually sent an apology fruit plate from breakfast and a bottle of wine when your staying in a all inclusive these were both available from restaurant so hardly and apology

The food was varied and good, but there are a few things that could be improved. Alcoholic drinks: apart of wine, and beer, the rest were not good

Pros Great location with beach short walk , great little walk along beach to lovely little town Kardamena. Great bars restaurants gift shops. Bar taverna food hot and freshly cooked

Pool bar great drinks , good animation team. Cons Restaurant food had a good choice , but food was never hot was only ever Luke warm. Most staff were polite there was two reception staff who were extremely rude

Fresh pizza made on site, meat and fish cooked in front of you absolutely loved it. Wine, lager and soft drinks available on tap during all meal services but coffee machine only open at breakfast

Only the water was replenished during our stay, but i think if we'd have paid for this room type we may have had the soft drinks refilled too

We knew from researching that there wouldn't be any entertainment for him, but that was fine as we didn't book for that anyway - we don't like holidays where the animations team constantly pester you around the pool! We arrived to a very warm welcome on reception and were grateful to accept a room upgrade from the superior double sea view to a junior suite with private pool

A lovely little note and a bottle of fizz greeted us, along with water and a selection of cans of fizzy pop in the mini fridge

We went at Easter time and the weather was warm but not scorching which was lovely. All the staff are so friendly and the food was delicious in all restaurants

We recently stayed 6th-17th April for our honeymoon, bringing along our 20m old little boy

Due to the time of year, the private pool was too cold and even the communal pools weren't being used but that is simply down to the temps at this time of year and not a reflection on the hotel - we are sure that in the height of summer the pool would be a welcome respite!! We could not fault the food, we only dined in the main Gaia restaurant and the pool bar during our stay, but with our son having...

Despite the resort being at full capacity, it never once felt overcrowded or hectic—we never had to wait, and everything ran effortlessly. The attention to detail and level of service truly set this place apart

In fact we saw her every day calling into restaurants and walking around making sure all was well for the guests. We spent a few days at the adult pool, a lovely spot next to the French restaurant

This was our second visit to an Ikos resort, this time with our (almost!) two-year-old daughter, and once again it exceeded all expectations

As someone who was never particularly a fan of all-inclusive holidays, I can honestly say this experience has completely changed my perspective. From start to finish, everything was seamless

The food was on another level — from Anaya to the Beach Club to Ouzo, plus every breakfast and lunch in between at Flavours… absolutely outstanding! We were given a drink of our choice and we were given the complete run down on the resort. He even booked restaurants for us. The room was great, building 4 with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains in the distance

Has everything you need nice and close. (Kids pool, kids club within sight of main pools, beach). The food was incredible! Nice touch being greeted to the restaurant without fail

The hotel certainly doesn’t look like the pictures on *******, it is aged and dated. Each of the meals seemed quite repetitive and didn’t have much flavour

Lovely hotel, great food choice for all inclusive. Few things in the hotel room that didn’t work: USB plug sockets and plug in the sink. Tv remote was missing too.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something different every day, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay

Rooms were lovely, clean, modern. Very close to airport, directly on flight path, which our 2year old loved - every single time. Would highly recommend and will definitely return

You are about a 20 min walk from Kos town where lovely restaurants,shops and harbour await

I personally loved most aspects of this hotel. Peaceful and not overcrowded. Lack of entertainment didn’t bother me one bit as I came for a break away from all of that

I guess this may not suit you if you’re looking for a party holiday. Staff respectful , polite and friendly whilst not overbearing - prefect for me Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean

Lady in reception with red hair and other lady with lighter hair were both a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Location 10/10 for proximity to Kos Town

Bus right outside the cosmopolitan hotel and takes 10 min max and 1. 50 euro each way to Kos Harbour. Ask for bus timetable at reception. Otherwise a pleasant 20 minute walk for us

From the moment we arrived till the moment we had to sadly leave, we were absolutely overjoyed with the resorts design, services, and food. We had room with our own pool and it was one of the best things you can imagine

The rooms were clean and spacious. Service was attentive and always available. Golf carts took us to their beach, you can also walk if you wanted. It was easier for us with our disabled adult family member

Staff great friendly, access to beach via a subway to get across Road etc ,door staff will give you a buggy ride ,both ways 😀 Would recommend
