Good shuttle bus in to the town. Would not call this resort 5 star but it was nice

To be fair we did call the reception and this was sorted the same day, but nether less still not good enough - room checks should be made as a matter of course - especially in a supposedly 4/5 star resort (by the way you are paying tax for a 5 star - this definitely ISNT ) the bathrooms need ripping out and updating…nothing like sitting on the toilet with your feet on a drain - see pictures/videos...

The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the entertainment in the adults' area was fantastic

Staff: Most were lovely, didn’t have a great experience with one of the managers who made us feel as if we were a nuisance when we told her about some of our issues, one of the bar staff was really rude and always miserable, almost grunted when you spoke to him! One member of the animation team was really inappropriate, very full on with the husbands and didn’t get the hint when you wanted to be left...

Nice resort food was good with plenty of choice drinks were ok. Entertainment in adults only bar was shocking. Double room was nice but very small. Family rooms around the pool were big but very noisy

Bathroom was absolutely awful! In ours the shower was on the wrong way to the glass door, so when you showered water went everywhere, we had the same problem as a previous reviewer using a peg to hold it up-it made it unusable for me so I used my relatives next door (which was a slight improvement - although their toilet was not bolted to the ground!) When trying to open the window in the bathroom...

Food has something for everyone. Fantastic selection and quality of drinks. Swim up rooms look great pools large. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back

We had a very nice stay. The All inclusive package is great value for the price. Rooms were very comfortable. Would recommend for family with small kids. Very kid friendly resort.

All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice. A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures

First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool. to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly

Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet

We just had our second family holiday at Marine Palace and were once again very happy with everything. The location, the food and service is great!

Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day

The only slight negative we found was the lack of lactose-free yoghurt, which was surprising given the multitude of options otherwise

We have had a great time at this hotel. Plenty of great dining options, multiple swimming pools, sea access was great

It is one of the better large-scale all-inclusive resorts that I have been to. The rooms and the service are just what I expect from this kind of resort

I recommend using The Spa. I had a deep tissue massage. Jessie was very good and very professional.

Myself and my partner have really enjoyed our stay at Lyttos Mare. The service from bar staff has been spot on. The entertainment has been amazing. in particular John who is a very warm and funny character

Great food, friendly staff, drinks are amazing and the bar staff takes their time to prepare them, beautiful beach and the spa was very relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed our facials!

The massage here was really good. I was treated by Albora, she was very friendly and polite, and the massage was perfect. The products smell amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Not only did he make the best cocktails, but he also had a great sense of humor and always created such a welcoming atmosphere. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed making guests happy

It was the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at the park. The Disney shows made us feel like we were part of the story — everything was colorful, fun, and full of joy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations

The amenities were top-notch — especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of our trip was the Cuban show in the evening

the quality of the food is not great, and even the themed restaurants are serving food which is not good! the Rinela has had a great face lift and the sea is delightful, whilst we were there it was so windy and the life guards were excellent at keeping a watch

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail

The service was really good, apart from sometimes long time of waiting for drinks during shows, however it’s understandable because all people from resort are there

All Inclusive with Black card , gives access to all evening Al a Carte restaurants, Asian, The Grill and Le Etoile which can all be booked on hotel app easily, also Al a Carte lunch in Gondola Bar / restaurant

Main hotel bar has evening entertainment with acts on a few nights and piano music or Greek nights, plenty of options for top branded drinks and cocktails, bar staff always attentive, shout out to Cristof who looked after us all week

The restaurant team were absolutely fabulous and their service to and knowledge of the customers was more than 5 stars. A special shout out and thank you to Vasil, Daniel, Hasan and Vasilis who are a credit to the hotel

We simply cannot fault this hotel! The service of all of the staff, the food, the drinks, the variety of places to eat and the level of cleanliness is next level

We had a black card and after the first morning took every breakfast at the a la carte restaurant- it was amazing and relaxing and a great way to start the day - the staff worked super hard and were always so friendly

Not forgetting the Coffee shop, with loads of choices for coffee's, teas and soft drinks along with sandwich snacks, savoury snacks and great choice of pastries and cakes. Nice walk to beach area with sun beds

We found the hot food in the buffet restaurant to be either Luke warm or cold. This did improve slightly towards the end of our stay as we know complaints had been made

I stayed at Grecotel Lux Me Kos with my partner for a holiday, and we checked out just yesterday. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay; the rooms were perfectly fine—comfortable and clean, with everything we needed

As it was the very beginning of the season, not all of the facilities were fully operational, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t really bother us as we were looking for a quiet and laid-back getaway

Excellent hotel! Delicious food. Pools with sea water. Children's swimming pool. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Animation for children is very interesting. The playground is big. I recommend the hotel.

What truly made our stay special was the staff, so a big thank you to the reception team who were always incredibly helpful and happy to assist us with any information we needed

A very special mention goes to Iren, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay—she was always there for us and responded to all our requests immediately and with such kindness, truly making a difference to our experience

The trip was a last minute booking. Hotel clean, food amazing, variety of drinks on the all inclusive a credit. Staff working here very helpful and a credit to this hotel

The best vacation in resort I had in my lifetime. Room with a private pool was such a luxurious thing to have. Food with all-inclusive was really tasty and also different each day

Chef catered well for celiac disease child age 7. No cross contamination occurred as all meals were prepared for her separately

We upgraded to a room with a pool, this was very lovely, and to make it even sweeter the hotel staff made a towel swan on our bed and covered it with rose petals (my partner asked if they could do something special) we also had a bottle of sparkly waiting for us ＜3

When we got to our room it was a little bit smaller that we expected and as we were staying for 14 nights with 2 young girls ( 12 & 3 ) we kindly asked if there was and chance of upgrading our rooms, there was but at a fee

The staff every night were very kind and caring and made you feel welcome. The Bus Boys are an absolute credit, and Joey at the pool bar WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON!! he made us laugh and was brilliant with the children

Entertainment in the evenings was good, location brilliant, so nice, would definatly go back

We stayed at Mitsis Summer Palace from 12–17 October last year as a family of six, and although some time has passed since our visit, we wanted to share our experience. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday

Elevating the buffet offering to the same level as the à la carte restaurants would make a significant difference to the overall experience

What an experience!!!!! Fantastic hotel, the pools, the rooms the views 10/10 class. Amazing! But what really made the experience for us was the dedication and attentiveness of the team

The grounds and exterior areas felt fresh and well maintained, but the main indoor areas, including reception and seating spaces, would benefit from renovation to match the updated rooms and overall aesthetic

I spent the week at this amazing resort. The place is built on a hillside looking out to the sea, and most if not all rooms and venues in the hotel have an sea view. The rooms are large, cozy and well decorated

No fresh orange juice at breakfast unless you pay €2? Other options are fizzy drinks, watered down orange, water or hot drinks

1st class service from check in/out, bus times, late check out info. Not one bad thing to say about the food. Breakfast had everything you could ask for even onion rings !! Lunch and dinner catered for all foodies

Staff are mostly fine, but don’t really care about guests, at least that’s how we felt when we approached them. Beach is nice, water is clear, pools are fine, sun loungers are very comfortable

Two lifts in the whole hotel, expect a long wait at breakfast as it’s a max 6 people per lift, or 4 people if you read the sign in the lift

Need better people running the hotel and need to stop claiming they’re a 5 star hotel when some of the rooms are basically 3 star

Basically everything within their control can be made so much better, needs time and investment

The property has been recently renovated: the common areas are spacious, well designed and, above all, extremely clean, with staff constantly working to maintain every area spotless

The food was good and mostly varied, we always managed to find something we liked each day. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from local shops and restaurants too

Good location, atmosphere is amazing, all the staff are very friendly and i really liked the room with a sea view. In short, I definitely recommend this place

Pleasant evening entertainment is available at the main bar. The real highlight is definitely the restaurant: the food was excellent, always varied and of very good quality

Beachfront resort in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the airport. Large private parking area available free of charge

The all inclusive formula allows guests to eat and drink practically at any time of the day, and they even brought additional food amenities directly to our room

There are only two small lifts to the floors in the main building and I could imagine in peak season this being a real problem, but no issue when we were there. Cleaners came every day and did their jobs well, no issues

There is a separate adults pool near the main building with its own bar and very swish but you need to spend a minimum of 10 euros to use this facility, maybe a God send during peak season but didn't use it

The suite was large and roomy, separate large bedroom with own tv and safe (free to use), large double balcony with stunning views, large living room with own kitchen facility with fridge, etc

Own TV and two sofas/beds and comfy arm chair. Bathroom had a bath and shower built in and no issues with water pressure, wife says hair dryer was useless but never used it myself

The suite had everything we needed, couple of English News Channels and free internet was really good, in good decorative order but starting to look tired

Main pool was good, lots of sunbeds and large separate kids area/pool. Beach was rocky, lots of beautiful fag butts everywhere and not for me I'm afraid

I really liked the stay and i thought the animateurs are wonderful. So much that i even thought about coming here to be one. Every staff member is really nice and if youre friendly you can definetly benifit from it:)

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

love the rooms, they are so pretty.. the stuff ist very kind they are very helpful und polite, i love the animateure programm, the service is also very well and the atmosphere is great in here

The whole resort is spotless and the staff are attentive but not overbearing. Special mention to Victor in the older kids club who was full of enthusiasm and really cared about his job

The food here is good but my one definite complaint is the ridiculous rule about MEN ONLY have to wear shoes at dinner…utterly ludicrous you have a room full of men in gym shoes rather than some smart sandals

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Creta Marine. From start to finish, everything was fantastic — the atmosphere, the food, the staff, and the service

I would like to point out to the hotel that having a welcome arrival with information provided to us at check-in on hotel amenities and timings for meals etc would have made a huge difference

Big Thank you to our Cleaning Personnel for Room G4203 in the first October week 25. We never experienced such a warm welcome and accommodating. The room was always very clean and we hope our tip reached the right lady

Food was nice when it was freshly cooked at the restaurant, such as grilled fish, pork, fresh spaghetti in cheese wheel, roast duck. Their desserts, specifically the baklava were great

Cleaning staff and restaurant staff really friendly and ready with a smile! 5. 15 minute walk to Lido waterpark and convenient for buses into nearby towns 7

Some of the reception staff could do with some customer service training, they seemed very fed-up and we felt unwelcome on arrival. Drainage around block B was smelly 3

Generally good location for amenities, 20 min from airport and about 20-30 mins to loads of historic sites by car. Things the hotel could do better on: 1

It was the BEST massage I have ever had. The time, care and effort that went into it was unbelievable. They made us both feel Incredibly welcome and comfortable and I walked out feeling like I was walking on air

It was our first adult only hotel and wow, it is in a different league! The hotel is clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. All the staff are very friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcomed

This hotel is fantastic! Myself and my partner had a spectacular stay here. We had a swim up pool room which was excellent. We visited the spa and I had a Cretan massage - my therapist was Zoe

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was an issue! I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

It was very relaxing, Zoe and sorry I can't remember the name of the other girl, but they where both excellent, I would highly recommend it, the hotel is very quiet because it's the end of the season, so If you like peace and quiet and no rushing about this is the time of year to come, honestly I can't recommend it enough

Lovely sandy beach with private sunbeds (plenty), food was delicious, plenty to choose from, especially if you like fish or seafood, I have tried grilled octopus that’s very rare to find in buffet restaurant in hotels

Would recommend: location, food, everything was great. Big plus for areas only for adults - both near pool and restaurant. Amazing pink wave team - I have never seen hotel so alive in October.

All the staff was super friendly anywhere you go, reception, pool bar, blue moon bar, room service and animation team for kids! My son loved it every minute of it! Thank you for such an amazing holiday! We are thinking of coming back again next year!

The entertainment staff were brilliant, very friendly, spoke to everyone around the pool each day and their evening shows were so good, the effort put in from them all was amazing! Big shout out to David! Our daughters just thought he was the best 😊

I have visited this hotel together with my dad and my son at the end of October 2025 and I have to say for anyone who consider of going in what an amazing place that is!!! Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean with beautiful view

We had an excellent family stay at Atlantica Mikri Poli Crete in October. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the views are stunning. The staff were fantastic – so friendly and attentive to all our needs

The staff are the real highlight though, always asking how they can improve the experience and never leaving you with an empty glass, without being too formal or pompous

I had a massage with Maria and my wife had a massage and facial with Dina, who were excellent too

Everything was as expected from a top 5* resort. Stuff attentive, well managed, facilities well organized and tidy.

Our second visit to an Ikos resort, Ikos Aria exceeded our lofty expectations

The hotel is swanky, clean, with fantastic facilities including spacious rooms, multiple pools (some adults only), delicious food across multiple restaurants and cuisines, a sandy beach and well-equipped gym

We spent our honeymoon here and it was amazing! Everyone was very kind and the location is very nice, with nice restaurants walking distance, ceramic studio, animal farm and castle ruins nearby

Amazing resort with amazing people. Vast variety of good food, usually changing. Pleasant treating by personal. Only catch could be resort's short distance from the airport. Overall, I loved my stay there

Hotel has all necessary things like mini market, clothes shop, car rental etc inside. Thank you for making our honeymoon an unforgettable and enjoyable experience!

The food wasn't great but the hotel was nice. Good location at the beach, nice pools. The girls at the pool bar are very friendly. Mostly French tourists. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Just came back from a week at the Hotel (Aug 2015) Good Clean Hotel. Would have given it a 4 star rating if they had Air Conditioning in all the public areas not just the bedrooms

Crazy not to have AC in the Reception area. Also no AC in the dining area, Lobby, Inside Bar which was always deserted as it was too hot to sit there

Great set up for all inclusive holiday, food and drink options are good, plenty of activities on all day, staff are lovely. Beach and pool areas to choose between, both are well maintained

Bedrooms are slightly dated now, but kept clean and tidy. Very friendly staff around the resort and hotel. Food and drinks are great quality. Branded spirits and hand made cocktails

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, great food, everything inclusive even a la carte restaurants, the room was big, real all amenities you could need, a lot of activities for children including movies every evening

What worked for our family: The Right Kind of Kids Club: Independence & Safety: The resort layout allowed us to give the boys a little freedom—like walking to the ice cream stand together or choosing a pool lounger—while we were still comfortably nearby

Finding a resort that caters to 11-year-old boys—too old for playgrounds, too young to be left alone—is tough. Grecotel LUXME Daphnila Bay nailed it. Our twins were at the perfect age to enjoy everything here

Food for All: The incredible variety at the buffet meant no arguments at mealtimes. The all-day snacks and premium ice cream were a significant bonus

Some of the Waitresses are helpful and friendly. The Lady in the restaurants everyday who wore a beige truser suite was very helpful and friendly

We rested in the hotel twice. I want to come back for more)))

First this Hotel makes it clear that it is on the side of a hill and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. That being said I must make it clear that it is an extremely step and very of steps everywhere

Lunch is served at the Active pool, which is halfway down the site, meaning you have to walk halfway down the hill for lunch and then back up again afterwards, so if you are at the upper pool, you have to go down the hill for lunch and then back up the hill back to the upper pool

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

The floors are sweep then wet mopped as the dining room opens for Breakfast, not only causing dust during breakfast, but also the wet floors are very slippery when walking with plates of food in both hands
