We dropped the kids at the Scott Dunn kids club every day and they were such amazing people too. Ideally a villa is the best format. Thank you everyone, we will be back and we're sending some friends next summer too

Beautiful villa set in gorgeous surroundings. We only stayed 3 nights but wished we could stay longer. The private beach is peaceful and comfortable with a very good cafe adjoined

Our family had the most wonderful holiday at Eagles Palace. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and such warm hospitality

Every member of the team went out of their way to make us — and especially the children — feel truly special. The setting is absolutely stunning

We visited early August for the weekend and we were amazed by the views, especially from the balcony at the Villas bar, overlooking the sea

Was originally half board but he helped to upgrade us to All inclusive and it's been amazing! Food so far has been fantastic from Breakfast to Lunch and we're looking forward to Mediterranean Dinner tonight and we're sure will continue to deliver

This is the second time at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. All of the staff were amazing in particular the guest relations department. Reception staff, in particular Denisa she was most helpful

They've been amazing and made a drink slightly off the menu "Iced Irish Coffee", To help with dealing with the warm weather, as it's close to 30 degrees

Another special shout out to the pool bar ladies Christina & Mersina. Always happy, smiling and making all guests laugh and feed off their energy

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings

The beach sunbeds are free with all inclusive, but they are not clean and hotel towels are very short. I really liked the food on breakfast and free cocktails from the bar on beach

This hotel truly deserves five stars! The food is excellent and the breakfast is absolutely superb. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I want to give special recognition to the receptionist I met, named Manuzus

This is without doubt one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely come back with my family next time because this was a business trip oh and also a good thing you don’t have to worry about not getting a chair infront of the pool because they have thought of everything 🤩❤️

Honestly, if it hadn’t been for him, I don’t know which hotel I would have ended up at. He is the kind of employee who really deserves a raise! The rooms are spacious, modern, fresh and give a “mini spa” feeling

He went above and beyond, solving a big problem for me in the middle of the night when I had an unpleasant experience at another hotel. Thanks to him, I had a beautiful room here instead

The bar staff and restaurant were lovely. I wasn’t feeling great before I arrived. And had a cough and was at the bar and the lovely bar tender gave me a throat sweets out of her handbag which was really kind

Things couldn’t have been more different at the Leonardo!! The staff at the couldn’t have been better! From the moment we called them to request booking a room they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us

The masseuse was very professional made me feel comfortable and safe. And just yet another really kind member of staff. In all my years travelling I can’t remember having a better stay at a hotel

Your not super disconnected like you would be in a really big hotel the service is so much better here. My husband and I had a massage each at the spa and it was really great

We moved to the Leonardo Kolymbia after staying in another hotel in the next resort which was not a very nice hotel at all and we didn’t want to continue our holiday there

When we came back to check in they upgraded our room to an absolutely beautiful room with our own pool! We felt so lucky and greatful to the staff that did this for us

Especially I would like to thank the girls in the restaurant for their hospitality and friendliness- Ira, Sara, Sia and Zoi. They are a part of the Potidea staff with a big heart

I’ve enjoyed everything: the room, the beach, the hotel area and of course the restaurant food and atmosphere. The choice of food is just impressive and super delicious

Their profesionalism combined with their heartfelt hospitality turned ordinary restaurant meals into beautiful memorys we will cherish

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.

Food was excellent with a good variety every day and we would recommend and will recommend this hotel to our families and close friends

It did have an extra pool for 3 water slides. My 12 year old enjoyed these • The bar had cold beer and a few cocktails included in the All Inclusive offering. • The buffet restaurant was what you’d expect

I’ll go through the Good, Meh and Bad bits: GOOD: • It had a pool, a bar and a restaurant • It was warm • It was walking distance to a couple of bars, a well stocked shop and an amazing restaurant (Rosemary - so good we went twice in two nights and the food was amazing!) MEH: • The pool was fine

These were next to each other and NOT interconnecting (I don’t believe they have that option here). These difference in rooms was quite stark. My wife and 9 year old had room 314

Room 313, which I shared with my 16 and 12 year olds had air con they coughed a slight bit of middling to cool air, a shower that wouldn’t drain very well, a smaller bathroom (despite there being 3 of us in there and staff knowing this and giving the 3 people this room - yes we could have changed around but not the point, plus I don’t think my wife would have swapped

However, people may have been put off by the fact the spa was manned by a well built guy who I can only describe as a Temu version of a Bond Villain! • Staff were generally nice and friendly

Another great week at the Gemini 22/9/25 after Zoe welcomed be back for 5th visit , put me in room 11 again ground floor next to restaurant , complimentary bottle of wine and selection of cakes in fridge upon arrival, no complications this time as wonderful Christina was on reception and sorted me out, perfect stay will be back in May next year , many thanks

Due to the time we came it was very quiet. You do not get a lot included in the ‘all inclusive’. Wouldn’t give the hotel a 4 star status. Pools are freshwater which meant we didn’t enter due to the cold weather

Great location, mixed experience. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, which is a big plus. Rooms are modern and clean (especially the renovated ones), and some staff were really helpful and friendly

They know exactly how to engage both children and adults, making everyone feel included and full of positive energy. Each event is perfectly organized, filled with laughter, and leaves unforgettable memories

What is really worth to mention is the animation team led by Simone, they're absolutely fantastic! Their energy, creativity, and professionalism bring so much joy and excitement to every activity

Because of these numerous goodies and entertainment, one can’t help but notice that the management spends a lot of money in order to make their guests happy; whether it pertains to the variety of food, numerous Staff or the many programs offered

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

The kids club was fab, indoor and outdoor space one for babies and then one for 4-12 year olds. Our little girl did crafts, had face paint and made mini pizzas as well as playing games

Every single staff member, whether they worked behind the desk or cleaned or worked in the restaurant or the kids club etc greeted us with a smile and had a chat etc and showed a lot of patience towards our children

Go there you will love it, you can get away from the narrow minded rip off UK, its GREAT FOOD, FREE BOOZE (go all inclusive) and *4 EUROS* for a packet of cigarettes, WONDERFUL STAFF, SUNSHINE and feeling HAPPY, PALM TREES and OLIVES everywhere, Ignore the pompous reviews just GO You won't want to come back

The beds are rock hard to sleep on, fortunately we got a mattress topper eventually, which helped somewhat with the comfort. The food in the restaurant is quite boring and music is played continuously at all meals

Although the rooms are quite basic, they are well attending by the housekeeping staff. We went 'all inclusive' and the food was excellent with a mix of cuisines to suite everybody

and the town is 10 mins down the road with an abundance of bars gifts shops and restaurants along the sea front but it is absolute carnage there so it was nice to be out the way of it and just nip down for a few hours

The pool is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is well maintained; it was also actually warm enough to swim in! Overall, I would say that this Hotel is definitely value for money and would wholeheartedly recommend it

One of my daughters has special needs and the Staff were very kind to her and made her feel special (something that's not often experienced!) The minibus (and driver) is an amazing perk

Certainly not a 5* hotel, the bar at the hotel was round the pool, so sat on plastic chairs at night, staff working there not very friendly, the beach bar was fabulous and Mike is a lovely chap who certainly knows how to run a bar and make good drinks

Friendly staff, rooms very were clean, service very good. On departure day they allowed us to keep the room with no extra charge. They have bar at the beach which you can use in your inclusive, welcoming

It was very quiet when we went, so no waiting for food/ drinks at any point. Know Bar by the beach was great. Location is good; short drive from airport - 25 mins, just a one minute walk down to the beach

Beach was good - a short sand bit, but then it was like a huge stone slab - great for snorkelling. Plenty of shops/ restaurants within a short walk

The drinks were good, with a wide range of cocktails as well as the usual drinks. Food was good - not a wide range, but tasty

Everything you need is within walking distance: the Atlas supermarket, bus stop, and other conveniences are just across the street. The host was absolutely fantastic—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help

I was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable prices, especially given the prime location and the quality of service. It’s one of those rare places that balances charm and convenience perfectly

Wonderful Stay by the Beach! 🏖️ I had a truly lovely experience at this property. The location is unbeatable—right by the beach in a quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally clean area

His hospitality and many tips made the stay feel warm and personal. The room itself was fresh, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable

Peaceful location on a beautiful sandy beach, just off the busy main road. Agia Marina is a few miles west of Hania with frequent buses

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway—and I’ll definitely be returning! 🌅

A calm, relaxed autumn holiday without the fuss. I recommend it as a relaxation for exhausted "running somewhere" people

Beautiful sea views and sunrise Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach

Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake

The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available

Facilities: A bit dated Cleanliness: Okay Environment: Beautiful with blue skies and white clouds Service: A bit slow, but generally friendly. Mostly white people, no discrimination against those with yellow skin.

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained

Massive shout out out to Rheya who worked on the bar. She had our drinks pored whilst pouring others! Did eat out a couple of times just for a change

I had a shoulder impingement and I am now able to move my shoulder and arm so much better! My daughter had a relaxing massage by Ifigeneia and she found it amazing and extremely relaxing. We would highly recommend both!!

Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good, if you go to hotels and like to be Entertained. They spoke French, English and German the entertainers. Kids Entertainment and kids club

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we really enjoyed it despite a few issues. The room was not best part of the stay as it had many issues. We stayed in a swim up room in the new building and the room was very modern

Loved this hotel - good location to Laganas ***** by beach or road walk Immaculately maintained in all areas around pool etc Food- a great choice for everyone - plentiful and restaurant staff always quick to clear plates away and refill dishes Always delicious salads - desserts and main courses available AL A CARTE a must - as delicious and at 20 euros with wine a steal Reception staff brilliant...

The waiters and waitresses were on the ball and it always felt clean. In fact, the same can be said of everywhere in the hotel. The bars were self-service for a lot of drinks, but we didn't mind that

Had so much time for us and lots of information. The food was really good! That was our biggest worry, but we enjoyed every meal. Not everything was oven hot, but that's to be expected at a buffet

We're not big drinkers, but what we had we enjoyed. A slight shame to only have pool bar open in evenings and to have drinks out of plastic cups, but not the end of the world

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

This was a last minute booking for myself and my mother who is in her 80s. Check-in was straightforward and our room slightly dated but clean. All sea facing rooms overlook the reception roof but that's not a problem

Heard some complaints about food not always being piping hot but I think that this is quite normal for a Greek buffet - and it didn't bother us (in a hot climate) as there was always plenty of choice

The best night was Chinese night, but not to everyone's taste of course. Staff in the hotel were all pleasant, professional and happy, including reception, dining room and bar

Location isn't the best for shops/restaurants as you need to head into town for this. Hotel is fabulous clean, comfy & great value for money. The staff are friendly & very helpful especially the ladies on reception

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Excellent facilities with a swimming pool front and at the back of the main building. Great food and drinks.

However, the quality of the drinks served in cheap, old and way overused plastic cups were just below any criticism, it wasn't drinkable besides very low variety of drinks, some of them like mohito are for a fee

Nice hotel but the food is just ok. After 5 days everything repeats and gets boring. Nice pool area and bars. Low budget drinks are ….. ok. Small cups for LQ cocktails

If anyone is actually reading this review, I would propose to place a sign that sunbeds can't be reserved. Not everyone is there at the same time. Another splution could be baskets for towels and personal belongings

The pools were renovated and look amazing!! There aren't enough sunbeds for everyone and many guests seem to "reserve" sunbeds by simply placing their towels on top for the whole day

Put up a sign explaining the purpose of the baskets and that sunbeds cannot be reserved. The staff in the whole hotel was extremely friendly, understanding and competent

Bed was comfy, little one slept on sofa that staff had made up, however on the last night we realised it was actually a sofa bed and pulled out that whoever initially did the room didn't bother to do

Looks lovely when you walk in reception. 4* rating, but it should have been 3*. Rooms were basic, and food was more or less the same every day. Pools were nice, and they had slides aswell

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night

Pool area and water slides were great, animation team did an ok job nothing special, food and drinks were good, Oleg working in pool bar was a top man, always smiling even though he was working flat out serving queue of never ending ppl for drinks allday

Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel

Another place worthy to visit is Lindos, especially the beach. Food in Esperos mare Hotel is excellent, there's not been once it has disappointed. The variety of food top of the range from breakfast to dinner

There's also an heated indoor pool if you fancy a dip in warm water. Rhodes it's only 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. I'd highly recommend to spend sometime in Rhodes old town

A special mention for the pizza chef: his pizzas were excellent!! We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and the activities on offer

Freshly cooked and satisfactory. Staff very attentive and happy to help. Overall I'd give this place 10/10

You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12. 30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok

The cocktails list is good for an all inclusive

Hotel is well located in katanas away from the big night nuisances of the summer. The hotel got a big swimming pool but it was cold during our stay. The reception girls are friendly and nice

The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry

All the staff are friendly btw. I guarantee you will not regret it

The all-inclusive food options are quite good, with a variety of local beers and spirits included, making it enjoyable for guests looking to indulge

The same applies in the restaurant. From 5pm the main bar opens and that has self serve soft drinks and beer. Everything else is served to you

All inclusive food generally tends to be a bit repetitive if you stay for two weeks and the Golden Odyssey is no exception. There is plenty of choice but if you are a vegetarian or very fussy it would be a struggle

Drinks are served in plastic cups all day, you may get a 'better' grade plastic cup in the restaurant. During the day there is self serve soft drinks, beer and wines (red, white and rose), no spirits or cocktails

The staff were very welcoming and attentive especially the Restaurant Manager, Michael, who always went the "extra mile", greeting and talking to all diners and making everyone feel special

None of that is a problem except the beer in the main bar is awful and so are the wines. We often bought bottles of wine and beer from the local shop, not the idea of all inclusive

The beach is far from the hotel, but everyone who buys the hotel can find that information in the internet! So I dont know why is everybody angry about that
