Dome Santorini Resort & Spa in Imerovigli

Understand that this hotel has an awesome view to the east sea, not towards Caldera. Also, its in an island area where you can walk to nothing. Its not near the main areas of the island with bars, restaurants, etc. If you understand this, its fine. Also, many rooms have a loft bed meaning a staircase up so to use the restroom its down and then back up.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but the room requires more thorough cleaning. The internet was weak, and the hotel isn't in Imerovigli, but nearby.

The welcome was great. The room was nice with comfortable bed and very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice, although they could not source ibuprofen in the evening when we ran out. The location was not ideal. The surrounding area was not very pretty outside of the resort. The sea is not readily accessible. The individual pool was not heated so it felt cold. The spa area of the resort had a nice soaking area, but also was not heated, so not enjoyable for us. The breakfast was included and very nice food with a lovely view. We had dinner one evening and it was mediocre. The setting outside was nice though and service was excellent. The shuttle is great going to Oia. The town was very very very crowded. People say it is walkable to Oia, but no sidewalk and much traffic make it unsafe to walk. Overall, there were lots of nice things about Domes Santorini, but I would not recommend it and would never return there.
