The hotel is made up of 3 or 4 separate buildings
The beach bar/restaurant where they served breakfast is directly on the beach
Breakfast was very good

The room is fitted to a high standard but is already fraying a little i.e the flooring is coming away

The shower room did smell of drains though which was disappointing and the hot water took some time to come through

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff are so lovely and friendly, would definitely recommend. We went half board and were able to change for lunch or evening meal which was really good! The food was amazing! (Very large portions though…you could probably share!!) 😁 Right on the lovely sandy beach, really relaxing atmosphere. Only a 10 minute walk into the town. Would definitely return.

Amazing hotel - our room was spacious comfortable & modern with everything you need. Cleaned daily with fresh towels and water. The staff across the hotel were friendly, helpful and very informative. The position is perfect with its own stretch of beach - Anastasia is on hand to reserve your sun beds and have drinks delivered during the day - the beach is the nicest I’ve ever seen in Greece - soft golden sand, no sea **** & the clearest water. A 10 minute stroll up through streets and your in Skiathos main town. You can get a transfer from reception to anywhere or take the bus at either stop 4 or 5 to anywhere for about 2 euros one way. We ate breakfast in the hotel each morning plenty of options and choice and lunchtimes we ordered from the restaurant. The food was lovely and the cocktails in the evening went down well - shout out to Penelope and Yanis.

Amazing experience, fantastic service from Staff, they all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel has everything you need, from delicious food to the swimming pool and the beach right in front of the restaurant. Only a few minutes walk into town. We loved our stay at Theros.

We stayed for a week in the Theros block in August 25. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and great value if you are staying half board. Some really tasty and imaginative and modern takes on Greek cooking such as tuna tarta, great sea food and orange pie. The view from the restaurant was also magnificent. The pool is lovely and you could generally get a quality sun bed when we went (notes asking not to reserve we’re working!). The hotel is right on the beach and although there is a charge of €25 for two sun beds they are top quality and you also get a towel. We found this compared very well to other places on the beach and worth paying. You need to book in advance to get a front row bed, but you have the crystal clear water lapping up to your feed through the day which is great. Our room was also excellent - we were at the back so had a terrace which was private as surrounded by plants. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom spacious. Safe, fridge and A/C all worked well. As others have said the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff who all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and with nothing being is too much bother. What a fantastic place for a truly relaxing break.

Lovely hotel for a 1 night stay after travelling around the islands and flying back to the uk the next day. Food and drinks lovely. Beach area gorgeous on a night for drinks. Only slight issue was that the pool shuts at 6? This meant the pool bar shut. We stayed in the pool - no one said to get out. Other pools have been open til 8

We booked Thalassa Theros due to its proximity to the town ( 10 mins ) and the beach ( 10 secs ) This hotel is part of a group Phillan and shares the reception with Thalassa Cape. On arrival, late evening, the staff were friendly and helpful explaining everything and transferring our cases to our room. Our room, 107, was listed on Jet 2 as a deluxe room and located on the ground floor. I am not sure how this compares to other rooms in the hotel as I didn't view one. The room was spacious with great aircon, however because I am picky there were a few issues. The bathroom, really big with a hairdryer but no shelf to put toiletries on, also minimal rails to hang towels. The bed was very big and the room had a kettle, fridge and a safe. Storage space was lacking and we had to ask for more hangers. First world problem I know but remember this is classed as a deluxe room. Furniture in room apart from the bed was one chair and one stool plonked in the corner, it just didn't appear right at all. Why not two chairs and a small table. The room was listed with an iron however we had to ask for one. Credit due they bought a new one for us, however there is no ironing board so we had to improvise with a towel and the edge of a table. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of water. There were a set of doors that led onto a balcony. These doors had outside shutters and black out curtains, an issue was that to get any sort of natural light into the room you had to open both curtains and shutters which gave no privacy . Just closing the shutters made the room dark. A pair of net curtains would make the world of difference. The balcony was good two chairs and a table, however no where to hang damp towels etc. Due to position of 107 the balcony is not that private and in many occasions people decided to leave cans and drinks on the wall. Location is right on the beach which gives an amazing view from breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful with a great choice. We used the hotel restaurant on one evening and I can highly recommend it. The hotel as its own section of beach with beds and umbrellas. However they charge 25 euro for two bed, umbrella and towels. the beds are packed tight and you have to pre book. You pay enough for the room then having to pay extra for a sun bed is a no no in my opinion. There is a decent pool at Theros with around 22 beds. a decent pool bar where you can get free towels Yep people put towels on them. Towards the end of the stay they started putting little notes out to ask people not to. So you have a choice get up and snag a bed at the pool or pay 25 euro for one at the beach. My tip walk to Swell Bar 200metres down the beach, 15 euro for two beds and an umbrella and great for lunch. The staff are fantastic and willing to engage if you take the time to speak to them and if you can afford it reward them with a little something. My best friend and I visited Theros Hotel Skiathos to celebrate her birthday. We had the most AMAZING time. The hotel facilities are wonderful, all updated and stylish and modern. The hotel is a short walk (approx 10 min) to the center of Skiathos and a 15 min walk to the ports. It was the perfect beachside escape right on the water. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. But most importantly, the service from the employees from AMAZING. This was by far the best hotel service I have ever received. They were helpful with organizing day trips, making dinner reservations at nearby restaurants, and even with laundry clean and fold. Everyone was so kind, proactive, helpful, and remembered us day after day. This made the trip extra special. Highly recommend!

Very friendly hotel, the staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you, the Amos restaurant (breakfast) is certainly adequate and the scenery is fantastic as you are right on the beach. Close by are some fantastic Tavernas along the beach and the hotel Taverna is a great dinning experience for an evening meal. Sun beds by the small but deep Hotel pool are very comfy and easy to acquire, however the ones on the beach belonging to your hotel are soon booked up in advance and for the amount of money to stay there the extra cost is outrageous ( only my opinion as we took our 20 year old twin girls so for the four sun beds it was 50 euros per day or £42.67) all this on top of the Greek hotel tax we knew nothing about until we arrived ( another 280 euros paid out five mins after we arrived) the accommodation is fairly basic (especially for a four star hotel) but clean and comfy. It’s only a ten minute walk into the main town of Skiathos and what a wonderful place this is. Everything considered (apart from the expense) I would certainly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning in the next couple of years.

Absolutely fantastic staff , food location and comfort in the rooms. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough and this continued throughout our stay. The room was lovely and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of space and life saving air conditioning as it was very hot. The continental breakfast was first class lots of options to choose from , egg bacon sausages if you required it. The hotel was a 15 minute walk into Skiathos Center , absolutely beautiful the old town was amazing, tavernas in abundance. The hotel supplied sun beds for 15 euros for 2 which had to be booked in reception. The beach is literally two steps from the restaurant. Plenty of boat trips around the island and a local bus every 15mins to all the different beaches 2euros each. Absolutely 💯 percent recommend this hotel.
