The hotel is very close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. It's within walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, which is great for catching the sunrise and sunset. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

Good hotel for the price. Unfortunately the TV had the hdmi ports locked. Because of this I couldnt connect my tv streaming device and watch TV from my country. I even asked the reception and they still didnt provide lock code.

The location is convenient, very close to the subway and bus stops. You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E. It was really a pleasure to stay at Medos Hotel. We booked a twin room. It was very clea, the bathroom too. Beds, sheets, bed covers all white and clean. Breakfast excellent and full. Many options for everything (coffee, cheese, ham, marmalade, cakes, breads, eggs, sausages etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely I will choose it again.

The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

It was very tiring and stressful to do everything online. It would be better if you could put a person there who was interested. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken drain in the shower but it was okay.
