The biggest convenience is the large, free parking lot.

The rooms are poorly insulated against sound : I could hear the person in the next room over snoring and all the traffic in the hallway was very audible.

Location of hotel is perfect. Little part of Danube called Rackeve(Srpski) canal. Service very polite, gentile and kind. Rooms perfectly clean. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and very exclusive.

The perfect place to sleep. Although the hotel is located on the main street, the room is quiet even with the window open. The room has everything you need. It is only 50 meters from the bus stop to and from the airport.

It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Pest. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like anything special but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. 24hour reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. For the price, I don't imagine you could get better.

A basic, clean hotel with an excellent location. There's plenty to do, eat, shop just as you step out the hotel door. It's right in the center. The rooms are basic, extremely non fancy. The beds are just okay - not very comfortable. But if you're just looking for a reasonable place to crash at within a budget, with a kitchenette, this is a great place.

Nice little place. Helpful reception staff who speak English and the desk is staffed 24hrs. My room was very spacious and even had a kitchenette. For only £35 for the night this was very good value. The location is very central and is close to the Danube. Overall very nice although the hallways were a little dark and dingy. Great value for money

We stopped in Room 308, the Jade apartment, which overlooked the National Museum. Lovely clean room with excellent facilities which was so peaceful at night. The room is very large, with a large bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower are separate, and the washbasin is only in the bathroom, which is a bit unreasonable. The National Museum is next to it, so it is easy to spot.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Budapest, with surprisingly lush greenery just across the street. Everything available within close proximity (dining, coffee, supermarket, museums, etc). 3 star hotel only. Cleaness and modern furniture will be the most concern for guests who are thinking of booking a room here. But the rooms are spacious indeed. It feels like we are living back to the Soviet era with timed old building and crack pattern street in front. And boild eggs with sausages will be your breakfast are main dishes for every morning you wake up and step in to the cafeteria.

Excellent service and a great location if you’re travelling. It’s about a 5-min walk from the tube station and the 200E airport transfer bus. The room was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay, including some lovely complimentary local snacks. Very pleased — I would happily stay here again.

The Hotel Chesscom has come a long way and improved/changed significantly in the last ten years. For guests who depart or land at Budapest Airport, the location as well ad the price/quality ratio is hard to beat. Friendly, professional english speaking staff, clean, well heated rooms, with comfortable beds. Stable wifi, good water pressure. The only downside is the weak sound insulation.

Room was very clean and spacious. Kitchen has everything we needed. We were a little surprised that bathroom was not fully equipped. No hair conditioner or lotion or shampoo. Only body wash. Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away. On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints.

It is 3 star hotel near highway. I recommend it if you want to watch F1 because it's 15 min away from race track ( Hungaroring) 20 min to city center. The hotel is very close to the metro station and tram station. However, the room has not totally cleaned up since there is some biscuit chips on the desk and the floor.  One of the lamp does not work but it isn’t a big problem.
