First at check in they told us that there is no breakfast, altho it said otherwise booking the Hotel (but we got discount of the room because of it). There were no towels in the room when we came, and on third day of visit when we asked for the clean towels, they told us that they dont have any more towels and we didn't get one.Hair dryer of the room didn't work. Very central location (opp. Budapest Keleti Palyaudvar), the hotel rooms are basic but clean and tidy, however slightly dated (my room was 414). Hotel staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the more local offerings, but had hoped for maybe a toast machine or something.
