I was impressed by the staff; they were all very friendly and helpful, with a special shout-out to the front desk team. The hotel's design is also a huge plus. My only note is that the standard rooms are on the smaller side, which might be an issue for extended stays.
Clean rooms, great location, and what really sealed the deal was the hotel's exclusive complimentary wine and chocolates. I'll definitely return!
This beautifully designed hotel directly overlooks the Chain Bridge and is incredibly close to Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!
Excellent location. Bus stop next to the hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Fantastic from start to finish, superb room, great location, great food and wine.
Overally it was good. The view and location was the best .. the breakfast doesn’t worth it. My room was too small. It gives you the vibe of a 4 star hotel than a 5star one.

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It's right next to the train station, so you can easily get there directly from the station. It's also convenient for shopping. Overall, I really liked it.
The hotel is located right next to the train station. Our windows faced the street, and while the soundproofing was good, we could still hear the tram a little. The rooms are renovated and modern. Water is provided in glass bottles, and you can fill up filtered water near the hotel entrance. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The Parliament building and Basilica are within...
There was no slipper, no bathrobe and other kits. Location was wonderful. Staff was positive. But basic hotel kits destroyed all these charms.
The hotel is in a good location, but it must get its act together replacing the carpets. The carpets in my room were very dirty. For over two years now the hotel is in the process of replacing the carpets. What takes them too long - and why did I get a room with these old dirty carpets ?
I had a pleasant stay at T62 Hotel in Budapest. The location is excellent, right in the city center with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major sights. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel feels relatively new and modern, offering good value for the money. While the room was generally clean, the cleaning...

My room was good and also so silence.Breakfast was delicious and tastefully .But only location was far away to metro station.Anyway ı had slept very well at my room.
Nice hotel for families! It has an easy access to the markets around.
The internet worked well, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the room was well cleaned.  The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The room was an okay size. The bed, pillows and chair weren't the most comfortable which was slightly disappointing. But, overall for the time period I think the value for money was decent.
Ibis is about a ten minute walk from Kelenfold railway/metro station. Friendly English speaking recption staff. Beware of coach parties in breakfast room.
Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.
Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.

The inside of the bathroom door was definitely not cleaned before my stay. My room was on the street side and the soundproofing could be much better. Also you can hear everything if someone is talking on the corridor near your door. The noises of walking in the room above mine were also quite loud. Location is good if you are going to the airport and there is also a big supermarket nearby. Staff...
The hotel room with balcony is nice. The location is near to one subway station so it is easy to reach.
Stay here frequently when in Budapest. The rooms are ok, very clean and to the garden side quiet. The reception is very friendly and helpful - especially the night shift, Zeno. Always a friendly word. Free parking in front is a big plus in Budapest. Also good access to the airport and a subway right outside the door to go to the city center in about 15-20 min. At night a regular direct Night bus as...
The cleanliness of this chain hotel was excellent. Its location is also very good, with a large, well-stocked shopping mall conveniently located right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with both subway and bus options. It's also only about a dozen kilometers from the airport. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Came with a tour group, sharing with one other traveller, room + balcony allow for plenty of space. The renovated rooms have ultra modern bathrooms. The bar out back was the perfect way to end the trip. Super close to public transport, which attracts a sketch crowd at night however no issues as they have an overnight security guard
Stayed only one night for a family meeting. On check in was offered to get breakfast on discounted rate. Found a parking in front of hotel, but in case it's busy (opened public area) offered price for hotel parking is high. Bar and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location close to public transport and convenient to transit the city, avoid traffic

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Will stay here again if i travel to budapest in future.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, and it's super easy to get to. The rooms are huge! We arrived late, and our booked twin room wasn't available, but the staff were amazing and upgraded our room for us – a big thank you to them! We booked breakfast at the New York Café at the front desk; it was 30 Euros per person. As guests, we had a special dining area, which was beautiful and elegant...
The room was clean and spacious, well-equipped with great facilities. The service was excellent, and the environment was pleasant. There's a supermarket right across the street, and the central location is convenient for all the tourist attractions, dining, and transportation.
The location is fantastic, very close to the tram, and you can even use the New York Cafe's side entrance – it's an attraction itself! The room is spacious, and having a washing machine is very convenient. Amenities are comprehensive, just remember to bring your own toothbrush. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. The only minor downside was that we extended our stay by one day. On that day, we explicitly...
I really liked the location and the amazing view from the terrace. Initially, I was given a room with a view of a side street, but after speaking with the administrator, they offered to move me to the room I wanted for the second night. I also enjoyed breakfast at the New York Café. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but everything was clean and in good condition.
ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED! The room is surprisingly big and comfortable, well-equipped too. The location is very convenient, just few steps from Metro station. I recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend this excellent hotel. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many major attractions and is located on Metro Line 1 as well as close to trams and buses. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were large with comfy beds. The taps in the bath were in a slightly unusual place if you wanted to have a bath but ok for a shower. Really great stay overall! The room was super clean and the shower was amazing—also not slippery at all, which was a nice touch. The staff were beyond friendly and made everything easy and welcoming. Only downside for me was the bed being a bit too hard, but that’s really just personal preference...
First things first, and before anything else is mentioned, I would like to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to Berta from the reception team. Loved the vibe of the hotel, calm atmosphere, staff available all the time, breakfast was lovely. Room is spacious, bigger than more hotels would typically provide, bathroom was not an exception! The biggest convenience was the bus stop...
SINGLE BEDS ONLY! They don’t even provide the under mattress to join two single beds. Go to the room and push the two single beds together that’s the receptionist answer. Nice place and our stay was good. Some staff at the bar were mocking in their language when we asked for some cutlery for the room, not sure why. But overall good place.
Very good hotel) new renovation, so cosy room. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is enough good. The room is clean. And a great advantage here is the swimming pool, hot pool, and sauna, which gives you to fully relax during your stay here
Great hotel, close to Puskas Arena. Easy to get connected with center.
Everything we’re almost perfect, except the bathrobes are not free and you need always to ask for it. But aside from that the place and the staff were cool and helpful.

The hotel is very well located, it is right in the center by the Jewish quarter, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic but very tasty.
We are currently here on our last night. The hotel is perfect! The location is great, the rooms are a great size and spotless. Breakfast if fantastic with lots of options. The Spa is free and well worth a soak at the end of a busy day walking around. All have the staff have been friendly and helpful..

It's a great hotel with a small private parking. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. There is an elevator, too. Breakfast is so so and location is a bit far from the main sights. The guys at the reception are friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. My only moan is the gluten free options at breakfast. Bread is provided but there is no gf cereal, or other pastry goods. Food isn’t labelled with ingredients so you don’t know if it contains gluten. The location of the hotel is not central, if are a tourist I would recommend staying more central.
It's not far from the Rhine River, making it convenient for a walk on a sunny day. There's a McDonald's just across the street downstairs, though it's not exactly in the city center. The location for us was great.  We enjoyed the walks into the city and crisscrossing the bridges between Buda and Pest!!  The staff at reception were extremely helpful and took their time to answer our questions.  Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was okay. It's not far from public transportation, but the photos online make it look much better than it actually is. The parking garage is a nightmare to use; you have to drive your car into a very small elevator to get to it, which is absolutely not suitable for larger vehicles.
The location was very convenient. Near the major attractions and train station as well as other transport options. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Good hotel with excellent location close to everything. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

The location of the hotel itself is good, everything is very accessible. The room was big and comfortable, beds were nice. The coffee in the room is weird, a 3 in 1 sachet, which is no good if u want black or no sugar. Breakfast is a total let down. Satisfied as always, especially on the breakfast! Room is not quite big, but good enough for the cost; Bath & TV programs are also nice, recommend to add more German program channels. Summarize to say: I'll come again.
The location is good, walkable distance to the Liberty bridge (c. 10 minutes). My room was located in a quiet area of the hotel, far from the lifts. However, my room was very basic with no kettle which could have been a plus for me.
Excellent location, lots of restaurant around the hotel. Attractions are within walking distance ( 5mins - 1hr). Hotel is quite neat and exactly thesame as advertised on the app.
