Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink. It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast is tasty but limited to one coffee (just one!), one juice and a dish of your choice. Served in the rooftop SOLID restaurant, with an amazing view. If you need a more substantial breakfast then consider waiting until 10am when you can pay for the full brunch menu.

The hotel is in a strategic position to get around the city both on foot and by public transport (including the 100E bus to the airport). The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of food in the small refrigerator. The location is convenient and the transportation is close to the subway station. You can walk to nearby attractions. Very good value for money! The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so if you want to visit Budapest you either take an Uber at ca. 15 Eur / way or public transport. I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

Decent hotel in a good location near food and shopping. The room was a good size, but the bedding had a lot of hair on it and the carpets were very dirty. Very spacious, with a small kitchen with all cooking utensils available. Loved the island between the kitchen and sitting room. We could sit there to enjoy chatting and having drinks together. Spent 5 nights in hotel, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, breakfast buffet was suffice, however it was the location which was superb, no more than a five to ten minute walk to shops restaurants etc and about 20 mins to the Danube, overall a really good place to book.

First off, the hotel navigation was wrong. Luckily, a local helped me call the hotel, and they told me it wasn't the right place and was actually a few hundred meters away. Great hotel, good location with easy access to transportation. Good breakfast, a lot of options to choose from. SPA zone seemed a bit too small, just a sauna and jacuzzi, might get crowded if more guests decide to come, but we still enjoyed it. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds and two pillows of different size, easy to choose the one that allows a comfortable sleep.

In a small alley, the location is actually very advantageous. In District 8 of Pest, you can travel by bus or walk. Everything was fine except …was my mistake…. I didn’t have other option only suite with bathtubs but we are seniors and my son is in wheelchair so was difficult for us is not the hotel fault but was kind of dangerous. My wife and I were in Budapest for a quick 36 hours and the Iberostar was out of this world! The staff was very helpful when we arrived around 10am. They greeted us with water (or sparking wine) and stored our bags for us until we could check in. The rooms view was amazing and the room itself was stunning. Wonderful and gracious staff. Very professional. Beautiful rooms. The breakfasts were just perfect, not continental but, full. Food was delicious. As a mixed couple, we were received well and treated well. This hasn't always been the case in our European travels.

It's not the most modern of hotels. Not air conditioning. Recommended bring a fan or two. No kitchens or bar. They do sell basic drinks from fridge and can make you a coffee. Bring spare towels. But as a basic base with easy access to trains and buses n local bars n restaurants. Cheap as chips

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Modern, comfi room and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked like a nice place to chill. The beach is just at the end of the street, a short stroll away. And everything else is walking distance too. Good value and would stay here again!

The location is good, walkable distance to the Liberty bridge (c. 10 minutes). My room was located in a quiet area of the hotel, far from the lifts. However, my room was very basic with no kettle which could have been a plus for me.

The hotel service was excellent, and its location right next to the train station made public transport incredibly convenient for reaching any attraction. The room was very good. We included breakfast as well which got a big choice of food present and also drinks. From hygiene there were some curtains that had some stains. We couldn't use the radiator in one bathroom and it was quite cold there. That was the only big issue. Besides that the stay was very pleasant and I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location is superb. Just right in front of the railway, Keleti station and bus station. The staffs are friendly and breakfast is served. But the soundproof is really bad as you can hear people next to your room speaking, laughing and watching tv. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is in an old building very close to the river and to the main attractions. However is in a bad estate. The rooms are well spacious, but the building is very strange. It seems improvised. The team is very sympathetic and well educated. The breakfast is in the fourth floor and is fine. It was a good experience in the end but I would look for better options.

Overall our stay was lovely, however, the property no longer has the rooftop terrace area with the views or the basilica which was one of the reasons we booked. We had plans to utilise this area instead of cooking every night, however, it is now a dental clinic. Very disappointing this is still being advertised.

It’s a great place, nice location, friendly staff, but there is one thing maybe they can include some towels as the service for the house not renting it from them and I would say it will be nice to include a bottle of water when registering for a night.
