Very good hotel. We stayed there for three days.The rooms were clean and spacious. They were cleaned every day. We had a small problem with the heating but it was solved immediately. Hasand, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite and did everything he could. Overall, we had a wonderful experience . It is located in a quiet street not far from the city centre.

Excellent location, excellent clean room and the staff are very friendly, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We hired a mobility scooter for the duration of our stay and the effort from the reception team not only to store it safely but to make sure that it was fully charged for the following day was appreciated. Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink. It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood.

I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.
