We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location is excellent—only a 5-minute walk to the train station.

Excellent service and a great location if you’re travelling. It’s about a 5-min walk from the tube station and the 200E airport transfer bus. The room was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay, including some lovely complimentary local snacks. Very pleased — I would happily stay here again.

The Hotel Chesscom has come a long way and improved/changed significantly in the last ten years. For guests who depart or land at Budapest Airport, the location as well ad the price/quality ratio is hard to beat. Friendly, professional english speaking staff, clean, well heated rooms, with comfortable beds. Stable wifi, good water pressure. The only downside is the weak sound insulation.

It's a nice hotel close to the metro station but located on a quiet street. The breakfast was very good. Our room would need a bit of renewal but it was clean, warm and comfortable for our short stay. The people at the reception desk were welcoming.

The hotel is near Keleti train station, just a 6-minute walk away. We arrived early and were able to check in right away, without having to wait until 3:00 PM. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean but there was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room.

Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away. On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints.

3 star hotel only. Cleaness and modern furniture will be the most concern for guests who are thinking of booking a room here. But the rooms are spacious indeed. It feels like we are living back to the Soviet era with timed old building and crack pattern street in front. The hotel is very close to the metro station and tram station. However, the room has not totally cleaned up since there is some biscuit chips on the desk and the floor.  One of the lamp does not work but it isn’t a big problem.

It's a nice, budget friendly hotel in Buda part of the city, close to places, where concerts are organized. The Mom park is really close even by foot. The rooms are small, but tidy. I appreciate newer TV, so one can watch through his accounts HBO, Disney and stuff.
