Convenient location with great transport links, clean environment, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing. The service was friendly and efficient. There are many restaurant options nearby. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Budapest.

The hygiene level is quite good and the facilities are quite clean. Location close to various attractions such as Central Market, Liberty Bridge, Danube River, Cruise Marina. It is a good option and you can check out your luggage for free.

A beautiful hotel at a nice, quiet location close to the center (and even closer to the trams). The staff was really friendly, beds comfy, and breakfast tasty. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was that in our case the rooms weren't too clean and there were some ants inside near the balcony and in the bathroom. It's in the Buda district, and for Buda, it's pretty good. The transportation is convenient. However, I still feel staying in the Pest district is better. The hotel is very close to Buda Castle and Gellért Thermal Bath, both within walking distance.

The best part is its proximity to the Danube River, just a 5-minute walk away. Public transportation isn't very convenient in the area, as there's no subway station, so getting around mainly relied on Bolt taxis.

I spent 2 nights here with my daughter in Budapest. First of all, if you move 100m from here, you can see the Danube River, and the Szechenyi Chain Bridge and the Parliament Building on the opposite side of the river. Overall, the unit was clean, with functional appliances. However, we couldn’t use the wifi for the first day due to technical issues and the tv throughout our stay.

The location is nice and close by everything in the city center, but definitely need renovation Pillows are stone hard and the same mattress is, it was hard to sleep there for two nights

A lovely apartment in a perfect area, central to the downtown area really close to excellent restaurants and bars. Really close to public transport. Self check in and check out was great and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet area.

Stayed for 2 nights. The Western-style breakfast offered a decent variety. The room was very clean, and the front desk bar was lively at night. The sky garden in the atrium was also very comfortable. However, the kitchen having no windows was a bit of a drawback.

It went really well. We arrived in the afternoon and checked in. They were very kind on our last day, holding our luggage for free until we left. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom had everything (even soap). Perhaps the only downside was that there was only one towel per person, which was a bit inconvenient for washing your hair.

Excellent experience at this property. Breakfast was a highlight.

November 2025: What a wonderful gem in the heart of Budapest. It's at Deak Ferenc ter -- about a block from the Ferris wheel (for comparison's sake). The Museum of Illusions is in the same courtyard as the hotel. Quiet, clean; friendly staff; good prices. The metro/subway is about a block away as is the fashion street. A lot of action in the area. Tons of restaurants. And the 100E Airport Express...

3 nights in Budapest Victoria was amazing! Super friendly and gave some great suggestions of things to do in the city. Hotel was centrally located and walkable to almost anything! The room was nice, however the WiFi was spotty at best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible.

This was such a cool concept. It’s located in an amazing part of town. The staff was very helpful and the room was very spacious. Would gladly recommend as a key place to stay while in Budapest.

The hotel is in a perfect central location. I have a couple of negatives about our booking. Although it’s called a hotel it’s not. It’s a collection of apartments on the 1st floor of a residential building. It is VERY poorly sign posted and should have been made clearer. The hotel is on the 1st floor about a souvenir shop. Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city. Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen. We enjoyed everything.

Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast. For the price it was still excellent.

Just walk couple minutes from Ferenciek station or 5 minutes from Deák Ferenc ter station and I can walk to Vuci street behind the hotel 3 mins by walk as well. I love this place about location and room. Amenities in room were so full-options. But only one thing I didnt understand was where is heater in the room. Visited in winter. Very comfortable, clean, peaceful place. My room was warm enough . "Taxi mafia" was brutal - from airport to hotel 90,000 HUF :( . They just have waited for someone tired and disoriented... So on the way back to the airport i asked random taxi near the closest metro station. At night one driver offered 20,000HUF , but in the morning i found other for 10,000HUF

Such an incredible hotel, in such a lovely part of the city. Next to tram 1 and very close to one of the main stations of Budapest (Nepliget) it is simply the perfect spot for your stay. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast was okay, but the rooms WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Also think of bringing lighter pjs than the ones you have cause their heating system is one of the most effective ones...

Great location in city. Close by to all the touristy locations & the Xmas markets. Rooms were good, comfortable bed. Not a big fan of the breakfast (but i'm not a huge fan of Continental European breakfasts anyway). No lift in the building.

Such a good location in the city, we stayed for 4 nights on a room only basis, so can't comment on the restaurant or food. The room was great we were on the first floor so didn't have to carry our luggage up to many flights of stairs, beds were comfy and we cast our streaming services to the TV on the room. This now the third time returning to this hotel. Hotel is pretty decent , the rooms are tidy but a little bit small. Maybe a little complaint about the room fridge - too small and not enough strong .I guess for the price I can't really complain . We always had a very friendly receptionist which is always a good start.

If you are looking for somewhere in beautiful Budapest this is not for you. It is set in an industrial landscape a few miles outside the main city. Good but Not for everyone! The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

The overall feeling is poor. The hotel is very small, like a converted villa. The rooms are not big, and there is no bottled water for drinking. The breakfast is very average. The location is not suitable for tourism. The price is not high.

For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied. I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful.

Everything is good, but some people may think that the male staff members are not friendly. The female staff members are friendly.

The number 16 bus was just around the corner which was handy for getting into town The room.waa very comfortable I would just say the bed very squeaky. Perhaps the mattress needs changed. A small, quiet hotel in a beautiful location near the castle. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with a very regular service. Public transport is very good and easy to navigate your way around.
